Hands down one of the best communities I've had to pleasure to work in! What an amazing community! The people are so incredibly nice and friendly! Extremely well-maintained community! I am always excited to get a call from this community because I know I'm going to have an awesome day! The management and HOA President are some of the most amazing people I e had the pleasure of meeting! If I could this would be my first choice when it comes to looking for my forever community! I truly can't say enough about the staff and community! Just amazing!

Love this community. People look very happy living there. Friendly and kind including the employees. They are animal friendly. Plenry of activities. 2 pools, small gym. Nice clubhouse. They were doing ceramics, playing dominoes and arr class. Plus the mobil homes painted to their taste

I love when I get a call to work here. I have never met more awesome, down-to-earth genuine people. Such amazing community!

It's an awesome place to live in, beautiful, peaceful, pet friendly, no thieves and with lots of amenities to enjoy. Most especially you are free to enjoy your home without any stupid restrictions like some other parks. The only downside for me is the new rule about trash collection, this is an adult park. There should be considerations for the elderly ones that came in out of state and has no family members close by to call for help.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Every time someone posts a negative review, the company have multiple people post good reviews. This is to maintain good rating. There is a tactic behind all of THIS.

TIP - when reading reviews, always pay attention to the negative ones. If you keep reading similar issues - the company has issues.

MY REVIEW -Community is pricey but nice. The culture is horrible. Employees gossiping to each other & people in the community. Zero confidentiality. Your business will be out. Office play favorites. Rules are bent if you are liked. Keith is arrogant, Clueless and dismissive. Good Luck having Cindy respond! The rest of the staff is a joke.

Strawberry Ridge is a rat infested community. Manager Kieth Steven's is arrogant and absolutely rude to the residents who choose to raise concerns with problem within the community. He needs to be fired and replace. Upper management Cindy King is just as bad. She absolutely refuses to return calls about concerns of problems. The community is supposed to be 55+ however the park management is allowing residents much younger along with children to reside within the community. Many of these people aren't residing with residents age 55 and over. Until some major issues are properly addressed and corrected. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing or renting in this community.

I visit a few friends who live in this safe friendly retirement community. Plenty of activities and a a very friendly neighborhood.

I moved in in June.great bunch of folks.friendly and lots of great activities.you can stay as busy as you want or just relax and enjoy your quiet home.

730 a month lot rent it is supposed to be a alternative lifestyle for folks on fixed income but I guess it's only for the richer old folks! Completely ridiculous

Inspected a Mobile Home for buyers. Found two issues that need repair but a nice place and a nice park.

If I could give a negative one on this scale I would. Run! Dont waste your time! We were declined residency in less than 2 hours after our application was received.no explanation. I even emailed to Blair Corporation to find out why, and nothing. Caryl and Tina were both gracious and tried to help. Kind of shady if you ask me.

We play BINGO there. It's a great place to get together with your friends and make new ones.

Me and my husband looked into this community for my mother in law, and they were a complete disappointment, they pick and choose who enters this community and i strongly this is depends on your race. My mother in law has a credit score of 690 she got accepted al pleasing living and hacienda heights without any issues, but we were very interested in a property that she loved, but they turned us away with no explanation when we called the office the manager never took any of are calls or returned are calls.they never gave us a reason, and i did hear that if you show any interest in any other property that is not for sale by there office meaning if you try and buy a property from any other realtor that is not strawberry ridge properties you are definitely not getting in.the only respond i got from the office when i asked what was the reason for the rejection since she had gotten accepted at 2 other parks was that they have clients that even get a approval from a bank for a mortgage loan and they don't get accepted by the park, well that sounded completely ridiculous. I strongly believe it is base on the color of your skin and the race. And for an office manager not to have the courtesy of answering calls or returning messages is completely unprofessional, Well my mother in law did get a property cash paid at pleasant living were they treated us with kindness and it has been a complete pleasure dealing with the office manager and everybody at that office. Take note strawberry ride because is not like we were applying to live at the white house.

My Wife and I looked as several places, we felt that Strawberry Ridge, felt nicer and was a far better fit for us. For those who say its expensive, considering location and amenities, along with the helpful staff. I would say their lot rent is justified if not actually a bit cheaper than other sites. Considering that I have family that are paying nearly 1000$ for a park in Bithlo, near Orlando, and the fact that we are about 25 mins out from Tampa proper I am happy with the rent.

The community is overall a nice place. However, the owner is cheap to fix things and lot rent prices are astronomical. Water, lawn care are not included for the prices either. He also gets the people living there to pay a portion of his property taxes. Last I knew it's not a 55+ park. It is a majority that live there though. I was advised adults 18+ just no little kids.

Like living here. Rent to high for quality of park. Maintenance and response to residents by management barely adequate. Still a decent place to live. Can't make everyone happy. Lol

We came into this very nice MobleHome Compound to find a Woman with Jewelry. There were more than a few homes for sale. Everything looked very Good. But then.we found that the Park Rent was more than We could Afford and, more that the purchase of the Home! "Buyer be Ware" ShortStack Barak can only give 4 Stars. Now, howbout some nice Strawberry ShortCake? Hmm yummy! "Hey- go get your own". Sorry Strawberry Ridge? Why don't you have a Party?
