Strouse Plumbing, New Port Richey FL

I would like to provide a honest review of Strouse Plumbing's work but unfortunately after two calls and messages left I did not receive a call back. I guess Strouse Plumbing is just so busy that they do not need any additional work.

Jim is amazing. Experience. Knowledgeable and professional. The best plumber I know. I recommend him to everyone. He's done all kinds of work for me for years. He's fair and honest.

Jim is an excellent plumber he always doea the job right and is extremely thorough about his work.

I took on a home renovation project, and did not realize how important the plumbing aspect of it was. Jim was always early by a few minutes, so I never had to wait for him. He communicated with me prior to arrival to confirm everything still worked well with my schedule. He definitely took this project as if it was his own kitchen and bathroom. His attention to detail is amazing, he truly cares. Jim truly focuses on your home and project and is never distracted from your needs. I really like how Jim not only fixed what I need it taken care of, but also took a few moments to educate me about the operations of my plumbing. Should I ever need to change something, I know that he took a proactive steps now. Should I ever have a leak or a problem, I know exactly what to do. His experience and knowledge is amazing.

Based on the reviews on google I called Strouse Plumbing to have them come to my place and do some work for us. I called and left two messages over two days and never got a call back. So, I can’t comment on the level of work they do but I say if you can’t return a business phone call then I don’t want to give you my business. If they call me back, eventually, and explain why I may adjust my review.

Excellent service, skills, pricing, and knowledge! Mr. Strouse is an honest and hard working local plumber. He does every job right and in an acceptable amount of time. I will do business with no other plumber.

My water heater stopped working this weekend. I called Jim and he came out first thing Monday morning and was working in less than 30 minutes. Any other plumber would have told me that it needs to be replaced, but Jim fixed it.

The only plumber I will ever use. He blew me away with how knowledgeable he is at his craft. I had a slab leak that could have cost me thousands. He found the leak using some crazy sonic ear, re-routed the pipes, which was not an easy feat, and did it all for under $1000. Stand up guy, fantastic company, can't say enough good things about Jim and Strouse plumbing.
