Very quick and efficient service. Order submitted and electronics picked up in under a week.and best of all at no cost to us. Will definitely use in the future.

This company was more than excellent. I can not say enough great things about them. The driver and assistant were incredibly flexible when I changed locations on them at the last minute. They were polite, kind, hard-working, and very fast in their work. I highly recommend this company and particularly the two men who picked up our old equipment.

My business has used STS Electronic Recycling for years and had equipment pick-ups at different office locations in Florida. We use the data wipe and hard drive destruction service for business compliance. We feel good about recycling our computers, phones and electronic equipment. We just had a pick-up last week. The delivery and pick-up is always easy, on-time, and professional!

The website has some red flags (keyword loading, lots of text content but no meaningful instructions, requests your email for a “quote” - for a supposedly free service?) which led me to question this was a real/legitimate company.

I have changed this review to credit STS with their well-handled response. Their website isn’t doing them any favors with its lack of useable info and generic template feel, but it is a real business with good communication. I would feel confident working with or recommending STS.

We had a wonderful experience with STS Electronic Recycling! They answered my questions via email and got me scheduled for a pickup not long after our electronics were ready. The two gentlemen that came by today for the pickup were so friendly and professional. They even said not to hesitate to call if we ever have anything else needing to be picked up and recycled. We would definitely recommend using this company and would use their services in the future if needed. Thank you again!

They are not locals, main headquater is in texas, they have sales offices to resale what they collected for free in a non competitive price

Their staff were incredibly professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The entire process of recycling our hardware was effortless on my part and the workers they sent out were a pleasure to deal with. I will be using this service again!

They called to schedule a convenient pick up time with us and they arrived right on schedule. They were very polite and professional. They collected all of our unwanted items and left our storage room clean. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Their service is free, professional and fast!

The CDL truck drivers collected, wrapped and palletized all of my materials and left my location clean. They were polite and the service is free!

We have been utilizing STS for over 4 years and we have always been able to unload our phased out equipment at no cost to us. And because we are in Healthcare, we even get our certificate of data destruction to satisfy our HIPPA requirements. It's been very convenient. I send them an email with an inventory and they call me back to let me know when the truck and crew will be here. They show up and take my inventory nightmare away. It's just that simple. I highly recommend their services.
