Stuart's Cycle reviews
18Spoke with them on the phone to get a rear tire change on a VTX 1300. He said they had the tire, he said he was gonna put his hands on the tire first to confirm. He did asked if it was tubed said yes. Bring it in within the hour i was told at 1130. Dropped off before 1230. Received call at around 5-530 that they didnt have the right tube would have one tomorrow. So I then had to pay for a ride to work the next day. Got to the shop after work to get my bike. He tells me they had to buff my rim out while they were doing the job so they charged me an extra 10 bucks lol. Seriously? They just HAD to add a 10 dollar charge after keeping my bike a day over what was agreed. They did not have what they needed but didnt tell me till the end of the day so I couldnt even say nevermind and go somewhere else. I bit my tongue paid my bill. 297 dollars for a 100 dollar tire btw. So 197 for labor and a BS buff charge n some taxes. Dont recommend a family business that operates sticking someone with an extra minor charges, which may or may not have been necessary, when you already failed them with your service. Unreal.
This is the best shop for anyone with a motorcycle. They really know what they are doing and very good on cost.
Look these guys are great local family business my grandparents grew up around Rowland now im going to him for bike work there honest guys who try to save you money n the turn around is crazy fast even during the "pandemic " all im saying is give em a shot
Had sum hi'speed wobble after tire swap, trued rim & balanced wheel/tire. Everything good now $45
I can't speak highly enough of this place. Every time I take my bike in, they charge half of what I was expecting to spend. Quality of labor is always top notch, so no reason to go anywhere else for me.
Was expecting to not have my bike for 4 days and ended up getting it the day of. Knows what he’s talking about and very friendly. Does high quality work too.
Roland is great, he’s a little gruff but straight up and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly answered my questions and did a fantastic job with my Honda rebel 250. It’s been put through the ringer a bit (I’m the 3rd owner) but after he serviced it, it really runs like a different bike. I was really happy with the service, as a new rider I liked that he was willing to answer questions and did so in a way that was simple but not patronizing. I highly recommend this local place.
Not very friendly, but very Qualified and you want be disappointed on the work they do. And don't expect them to remember you, know matter how much money you spend with them.
Had an issue with a new tire from another shop. Stewart’s took it in tried to correct the issue, but the tire was defective. This shop helped me get the tire replaced and back on the road. The manufacturer reimbursed under warranty. Highly recommend them.
Simply the best wrench's in town, for generations. Oh yah I forgot there's a U S Nationals Walley on the shelf in the lobby. Enough said!
Stuart is always straight up with u.and will only sell u what u need and will make sure your bike is in safe operating condition
Roland was very helpful with all my questions and service advice. I recommend this place to anyone needing repairs to their motorcycle.
Roland Stuart really knows Harley Davidson motorcycles. Master mechanic and fabricator. The only person my husband will let work on his machines.
I will NEVER EVER go back here they for got to put the gasket on my cockpit had gas leaking call they were very rude they also put used parts on my insurance paid for new this place is AWFUL and a RIP OFF PLEASE STAY AWAY
I went in to get some o rings for the fuel rails to my carbs and a shim for the carb needle. Roland was extremely helpful and went out of his way for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done to their bike. The customer service was top notch!
Roland is one of the most knoledgeable mechanics in the business.and is able to back it up. Keep up the great work yall.
Good mechanics, but way over priced for tires. DO NOT buy tires from them without shopping around first. Don't make the same mistake I made.
Brought my little boy’s PW80 in, after the bigger motorcycle dealer wouldn’t work on it due to its age. It had carburetor issues and not only did they fix the carburetor, but identified other problems and took care of them too. Including some issues that needed welding. They got the bike running fantastic and gave it back to me in top condition, for a fair price. My little boy couldn’t be happier, and I will be coming back in the future for any motorcycle repairs I need.
