What a lack of respect they ask you to make an appointment to be seen, they meet you in 1 week and you arrive at your scheduled appointment and they give you u. Turn to wait, I've been waiting for 2 hours and my turn is not even close

I came here on Monday to get Verification of Residency. I got there at 8 and was in line for 6 hours just to not be seen for anything.which I can understand, i didnt have an appointment but even then; appointments arent available till later in the month and school is today. I recommend OCPS to have more than just 1 facility for families to go to for school enrollment so we don't have children, babies, and pregnant women standing in this heat for HOURS! It would definitely help with volume.

Immediately was yelled at for just opening the door. No appointments available until after school starts so had to come as a walk in. Make you wait outside, not enough seating. No sign in sheet, was told someone would come out to sign us up but no way of knowing who got there first. Waiting for over 30 minutes and watched 6 different families walk up with same problem, none of us were signed in for over 30 minutes. No one was outside signing us in as a first in first out. Both interactions with staff were being yelled at to form lines when non of knew where to “sign in” or line up. Rude staff, terrible organization skills. Have been out here for over 5 hours and still no help and was told I would be here all day when I asked where to sign in. How can an office be so rude and so dysfunctional and our government let that be the example. Get something that forms a line. Have signage “line forms here”. Put a walk in sign up sheet outside of the door so fights aren’t breaking out over who got there first. Have respect for the people you are serving. No one was nasty to the staff for them to speak to any of us parents like that. This procedure is a joke for address verification, all for what a purple paper. Give the schools access to do address verification so families do not have to deal with that. It’s harder to enroll my child into school then getting a driving license. It’s wild.

Third time going and horrible can’t even verify my address because the letter was a month old ridiculous.

This place is the worst in America the judge left your child with you the mother doesn't care for the child but you have to get her permission to enroll him in school the orange county school system is a joke but if I don't get him enrolled in school then I'm in trouble the system is a complete joke and needs to be looked at for improvements

I had the same experience as many of the other people that have left a review. It's horrible to have to go through this, I left this place crying because I don't understand what am I suppose to do to get my children into another school where they aren't being harassed by their principal and a student. I don't feel comfortable sending my kids to a school where I believe Hispanics are being treated differently. When I arrived to this office and informed them I had the hope scholarship and wanted to see what my options were for changing my kids school, all the lady did was hold up a paper with a list of other middle schools I could choose from and when I asked which ones provided transportation she said none. And when I asked about private schools, she said that's not an option. So I said then y'all can't help me in no way? And she said "no" and I left crying! I just want my kids to be in a safe, harassment free school. They've been out of school for a week and I don't know what else to do! I feel like the news should be contacted about this! I would love to get with others to make this make it to the news, parents and students deserve better from OCPS!

I have been to this place 3 times trying to get one paper and every time I go back they ask me for something different
