I am extremely happy with the fitness classes offered here at UF. I have been using this facility since I started graduate school in 2021, and, by far, my favorite classes are Kickboxing, Total body, and Cycle. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivational, and excited about teaching, and thanks to them, my energy levels and overall health has improved. Go Gators!

The fitness center has several floors. You can play indoor sports there as well.

The location of this gym is really nice especially if you live on campus but it is much smaller than southwest and usually just as packed meaning that you often have to wait in machines. If you go it’s probably best to avoid peak hours
