My first visit. Weston cut my hair EXACTLY as I asked. He even suggested I leave it a tad longer to avoid a flip. I appreciated that, it turned out great.

My favorite salon. They always treat me like an absolute queen and I just adore the customer service and talent of all of them that have done my hair!

Studio Rk is the worst salon I have been to. The people there are so rude, unprofessional & the services I received were awful. They keep sending unwanted promotional text messages even after being notified over and over to please not send anymore. I would have rated this awful experience with them zero stars, but reviews require at least one star. Jessica has been a very rude, unprofessional girl who shouldn't be dealing with customers in my opinion.

The staff was great with my daughter. It was her first haircut, while it was very pricey for a 7 year Olds haircut, I'm glad we went here and she experienced her first with them. They made her feel comfortable.

I had a bad experience with your salon. Last year, I chose your salon to cut my hair for donation since I am aware your company is affiliated with Wigs for Kids. I was extremely disappointed with the disregard your staff showed. I clearly put in my online appointment and even told the lady that cut my hair beforehand that I want to donate my hair. But nobody seemed to listen. The lady assigned to me proceeded to cut my hair and just completely ignored my simple instructions. The next thing I know, the hair that I grew for two years is on the floor. I have been donating my hair before, but never I experienced such an awful experience. To add insult the injury, the staff pretended that they would be able to donate my hair. They made me feel stupid and think I have no insights about the process of hair donation. I would have appreciated more if they admitted their mistake, instead making excuses. I hope nobody will go through a similar situation, and I hope this will serve as a learning lesson for your staff.

My first visit to Studio.r. K, and had my hair done by Weston. He did everything I wanted and even more. I am very pleased. Weston was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely be a returning client. Okay

I called and asked for someone who really knows how to dig in and cut hair…. After numerous bad experiences. They put me with ALYSSA, she was amazing! Did what I asked her and a little more. I am so happy, finally someone who can cut shorter hair! ️

Sara did an excellent job on my hair! She explained everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. I love how my hair looks now!

We are from Dallas and were in town for a couple of weeks and found this place browsing the Internet. My wife went in to get highlights done and Morgan helped her. She did an amazing job. Highly recommend her.

Today was my first visit to Studio RK and I will be returning. I had a wonderful highlighting and cut experience with Weston. He spent time understanding my desires for color effect and added his expert plan to the mix. He is personable, congenial and clearly loves what he does. I am a fan!

Three years ago I gave this organization a five star review. Today that change to a one star rating.

Brought by poor communication and care for a long standing customer.

After my wife had encounter two situations that eventually lead to going elsewhere to have the type of service and experience one expects both from a local and family owned business.

In this case Studio RK Salon failed to perform the most basic part of customer care when they perform a service with out first advising the customer.

Then to make matters worse, they treated the situation with total disregard by making a crass remark to the effect of: "Are you having fun yet? "

Bring us to promptly call to speak with the owner of this business. At which time cause things to really go awry when the manager claimed to refund the purchase and quickly hung up the phone cutting off communications. All after advising us to find a new salon to do business with.

Days later having to call back to address the "double billing" to again be met with disdain and contempt for their customer.

Eventually we were able to get the billing corrected and a refund for the poor service. But the ordeal has left us with such a bad taste - we no longer have a favorable review of this organization.

I had the best experience with Jennifer the other day! Everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend Jennifer. I was hesitant to book an appointment after a bad experience ELSEWHERE. Then I found Jennifer Strickler Pagnutti! Boy was I blown away by the service, communication and final outcome. To top it off my Husband just loved it. See you in March Jennifer and thank you so much! T

Weston at Studio RK is PHENOMENAL! I haven’t had my year done in a year due to the pandemic and not only was he able to restore my confidence, he was able to make me feel like a better version of myself. Weston’s precessional scope with hair is so incredibly diverse, he even did my boyfriend’s hair after mine. It’s the best cut he has ever had and he’s only ever happy when Weston cuts his hair. Weston is so knowledgeable and has such amazing vision, he’s an artist. 10/10 recommend!

The staff is VERY cordial. Albeit, this is like a warehouse for hair styling. They have more than enough stylists. I wasn't happy that it was done assembly line style. I had one person highlight, another to blow dry and the picture which I produced to have my style done correctly was just glanced at and the stylist cut it the way she wanted to.didn't style it like I wanted. The highlights were beautiful but the style left much to be desired and I was told that I wouild be given the #5 in rank for hair styling/cutting. I didn't opt for the best, which is a #10 rank.maybe should have but didn't want to pay the $95. I paid $155 for trim/highlights and they never honored the $20 discount advertised online.

I have gone to Studio RK a few times now and always been served well and had good work done, but I have had something to say for a while now. Consistently throughout my experience here I have chosen to have my services with top level stylists, this was of my choosing because I have had bad experience with hair coloring. With that being said I have continuously felt throughout my experiences, that I am paying for top level stylists to have the grand majority of my hair be done by their apprentice, while the stylist handles other clients. I think it is totally unfair to be charging clients $400+ for services that were mainly done by an apprentice. If I pay for a top level stylist, I think it is reasonable to ask to have the top level stylist be the one spending the most time on your hair.

I highly recommend my hair stylist Weston ️. He is the best! I have resistant hair and uneven hair color from box hair color, Weston did his magic, and expertise. He is super friendly and he knows what he is doing. Im so happy with the outcome. If i can give more than five stars then i would. Thank you Weston.

Weston has amazing talent! He is a true artist. He does awesome vibrant colors for me. He goes out of his way to make you happy. He is very professional and I highly recommend him. Once you experience Weston, there is no going back!

Absolutely loved my time at Studio RK! Weston did an awesome job with my hair, I am obsessed! I took my hair inspo to him and he exceeded my expectations… I was looking for a complete new look and WILL be flaunting my hair for the foreseeable future:) Thank you Weston!

So i highly recommend Jasmine C.at Studio RK. She is absolutely amazing! I am a business owner and a mom of 3 boys and I have such a busy schedule. She is always willing to accommodate my schedule. I am naturally a brunette but she makes me into a beautiful blonde! She is fabulous with color! She pays attention to detail and keeps me looking my very best! Thanks Jasmine

Love love love them so much! Been going here for 13 years! I’ve had my hair done with Misty (not sure if she is still there) Brittany, Jasmin but now go to Ximena. All of these women are awesome in their own way. Wonderful place!
