Instead of canceling the subscription at the end of the semester, Study Edge decides to let it automatically renew for $50-no automatic cancellation at the end of the semester, no automatic e-mail notification that it's about to renew, nothing.

If you want a refund to your original payment method, they only offer 50% of it back due to 'processing fees'. Though, that's IF they feel like providing any form of reimbursement.

I do not buy the excuse that people want to stay enrolled in automatic renewal after the semester ends if they take courses offered by Study Edge next semester. I can easily renew if that is the case. I've never had a moment where I thought to myself, "thank you Study Edge for automatically renewing me for my next semester when I can renew myself whenever I so please. I would have forgotten! " but I certainly thought to myself, "Oh, they charged me $50 when I'm not even going to use Study Edge next semester/ever. Fantastic, now I have to waste people's time with e-mails or potentially dispute the charge with my credit card company! "

Also, the token system is ridiculous. Why not give students more tokens every month for video heavy courses (e.g. Finance) instead of us needing to bother support for more tokens every time we need more? If a student cancels, Study Edge takes their tokens away anyway so this cannot be abused.

Overall, there's great tutors for the most part, but a ridiculous company.

Study Edge is essential if you want to get A’s in your classes at UF without going crazy studying. Especially helpful for Business Finance!

If you wanna be robbed blind, get study edge. All they care about is money and not the people who are the reason they’re even a company. I’d rather find help somewhere else where the employees are actually willing to help and not just trying to take a college students money.

Study edge has helped me get through my hardest courses at uf with flying colors! I am so grateful for the tutors who put so much time and energy into helping students! They are truly the best!

I used Study Edge for all of my pre-health classes and it was sooo helpful. I was able to get good grades while having extra time for extracurriculars. They teach you what you need to know/ how to excel on exams.

I have been using Study Edge throughout my college career to help learn my coursework and excel in all my classes. This semester, however, I had the incredible opportunity to get to know Study Edge a bit better as a company through their Campus Ambassador program. Working closely with the Study Edge team gave me a better insight into how amazing the company culture is and how much the staff cares about students and helping us be the best we can be! I recommend everyone taking courses offered by Study Edge use it, you won't regret it!

Very disingenuous subscription service. The content itself for the course is solid enough. The tutors have clearly been tutoring for these courses for quite sometime and have their content down pat. However, the pricing structure is messed up. Monthly, you'll pay $75 for a certain amount of coins. Based on the amount of videos and worksheets put out by the tutor, you might need to spend money on more coins just to receive the whole of your course content. At the end of the month, you'll pay another $75 for your tokens to replenish. Additionally, THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES DO NOT STOP AFTER YOUR COURSE. Make sure you make a point to cancel your subscription after your course is complete. I've been charged an extra $300 for the monthly subscription on a credit card without noticing it. The company will not pick up the phone or return my emails. I can't even logon without getting in contact with them because I've deleted my Facebook and that appears to be the only logon option now. Very disappointed in Study Edge for taking advantage of students with their subscription service.

They will only sign you up with Fakebook, totally unacceptable. Said this is the only way they know its you for real, how about actual ID and protection of personal information? Really disappointed they dont run this like an actual business!

Study Edge is a must for most UF students. They provide a ton of practice and really hold your hand through your courses.

Peter is goated. Study edge is a necessity if you have the displeasure of dealing with UF’s undergrad chem and math depts.

Studyedge has great, friendly and well qualified tutors to help explain courses in a simplified and easy to grasp ways that have helped me pass my classes! Definitely a good business to work with if you need help:)
