Working through the sample took a while but their team was very helpful and patient with all my questions. The bulk order was done really fast and arrived at my office within 5 days after it was done! We couldn't be happier with our items and can't wait to order more.

They have now more options on sizes which is even better.
After providing images with directions on how to fix any issues I had with their design updates, after several weeks to months on back and forth reassurance that my design would be completed they said they image was too difficult to complete. It was supposed to be a bulk order and after approximately two months they stated they were doing it by hand and it would be too time consuming and expensive to do yet didnt bother to provide a new quote. My design was clear from the beginning and they should have been more professional and honest. If the design was too hard to do they could have easily said so from day one. They cannot follow easy directions even after I drew them out for them. Refuses to refund and refuses to provide a solution for manufacturing issues. They assured the prototype would be completed with all changes requested then didnot send anymore photos. They just sent the plushie over without the proper designs agreed upon. 3d modeling provided at an additional cost is a waste. Terrible experience.
