Good morning I called the store this morning to speak to a store manager I was told they is no manager that work they, I'm so confused

Excellent choice of brand names and great customer service by ppl that know fashion and know how to make you feel like you are a superstar on a fashion show

The store is very organized and clean. The sales associates were extremely helpful! I will be shopping there again. I highly recommend this store. They have a wide range of sunglasses.

I was at Style In at 417 this week. I purchased Naot sandals. My third pair of the same style. Took the sandals to condo and wore and one was defective. Returned the sandals Took sandals back and told could have only have store credit. Credit was $171. Returned today and charged me 171 for sandals that were $139. Very rude when I returned shoes and slammed door!

Nonexistent customer service.
Older woman salesperson very rude.
I was given my receipt and then was handed a second receipt.
I politely informed her that I had my receipt and handed her someone else’s back. Her irritation was evident as she snatched the receipt out of my hand and commented to the younger sales associate (loud enough for us to hear) what does she think, that she’s bought a house here? ”! Seriously, there is something seriously amiss. Customer loyalty is something you cultivate with positive interactions and not with a nasty sales team member.

Poor customer service (rude, driven by sales and not satisfaction of their customers), definitely needs training in that area. But with some major attitude adjustments ones shopping experience could be a delight.

Recently (in the past 2 weeks) I visited this store in Ft. Lauderdale. Nice inventory, /brands, even some good sales. I found several bathing suits on sale and the very pushy saleswoman (owner?) insisted I try on some that weren't on sale. $195 for a swimsuit is a bit over my budget but I did take one into the fitting room with me though I really didn't like the colors of the one piece regular priced suits (bright blues/mauve doesn't look good on me) I found a suit I liked - good brand/way marked down and I brought it out to an audible gasp of disgust from this saleswoman. Perhaps by practicing better sales techniques, sales would be up for this store? I can't remember a more obnoxious sales person!

Following my review, I noticed my receipt address (417 South Ft. Lauderdale Blvd) does not match exactly the store address shown here.
Cannot thank Jennifer enough for the guidance and support she provided my wife during her shopping experience in this store. The Lulu-B and Tribal pieces she suggested are great additions to her wardrobe and it was very clear to both of us that Jennifer knows how to consult on clothing.
While she can often be direct and to the point about likes and dislikes, it does come from a position of understanding both the product and what looks good on someone. Jennifer, Thank you.

If you love to be harassed by a horrible old lady with a smoker's cough (named Mirit), then this is the place for you. The old lady with the accent that told me 1,000 times that she is the clothing buyer for the store is so pushy and nasty. She's great at sucking the good time right out of your shopping experience. She's terribly greedy and driven only by her love of commission. She tried to force me to buy something I didn't want and when I told her that I was not interested in the item, she proceeded to follow my aunt and I around the store and curse us out. Now mind you, I had already spent $200 in her store, but it wasn't enough for her. The sad thing is that I would have brought the rest of my family and really done some shopping in that store if it hadn't been for the dragon lady. I feel sorry for anyone that has to be that nasty to people.either she has a chemical imbalance or she truly is the meanest person I've ever encountered. SHAME on any retailers that let her sell your items. I've contacted all the companies that she represents and advised them of her representation of their clothing. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! YOU WILL BE MISTREATED! THE LOCATION IS 417 S. FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH BLVD. **MIRIT IS THE NAME OF THE HORRIBLE HARASSING SALE ASSOCIATE**
