I have used Stylecraft/Gamma barber tools since they released their rechargeable line of clippers and trimmers. The quality and performance of their products is unquestionable, as it should be. That SHOULD be with any company. But I want to commend them further and talk about their customer service, which I contacted for the first time two days prior to the day of this posting. In my case, I needed a new lid, which is the top half of the casing, for my Alpha clipper. They sell them in multiple colors and styles but I wanted the original black one, which isn't sold individually or in a set. I emailed them one night to try to purchase one from them. Around 7am the next morning I got an email from Bayleigh and she told me to provide a mailing address and she would have one sent out. I emailed my mailing address and she sent me a tracking number. All this was done at no cost to me and it all happened literally in a day. It's a big deal to me because I honestly thought I wouldn't get a response at all (which I'm very familiar with) or I'd get an email saying that the item was not sold individually and could not be sold individually and that I could purchase one of their sets of three (which would cost more than just buying one). But I wanted the black one and would've just bought a whole other clipper if I couldn't have one sold to me. Instead, they gave it to me and didn't even ask for a shipping fee or send me any invoice at all. I was already die-hard Stylecraft/Gamma, but now I'm die-harder. As long as I can cut hair, these are my people.

I've got one stylecraft clipper and I did used for about 4 months and started to cut different not the same strength and the blades lost the sharp that never happened before on a wahl or andis this clipper needs to be redone or redesigned I've sent it back to them they promised repair it or replace it but to tell you the true I would wish better my money to buy a JRL

They stand behind their products. I received a Evo trimmer as a gift and the blade was defective. Once I contacted them about this problem, they sent me a replacement blade right away.
Really good trimmer, great quality, powerful, battery life is great super sharp blade, highly recommended.

I’ve been a barber for 10 years, used many different branded tools, but the rebels from this company are the best tool i bought in my career. The power switch was broken by my mistake last week and i contact the customer service. All they asked was good adress to send it to for no charge also im in United Kingdom. They’re so brilliant

Awesome company. Always willing to help and provide for the customer. Any time I had and issue with a tool they were just an email away waiting to help. I appreciate them and Bayleigh Dean was a huge help. Very quick and responsive making sure my needs we met in a highly efficient manner. 5 stars!

Had to cancel my order due to ordering the wrong clipper. Later had led to a mixup with my order but renee was very helpful and gave me a full refund because i didnt have time to wait for my order to be sent out again. Overall great customer service i love the products and will continue to purchase from this company.

90 percent of my barber tools are stylecraft or gamma. By far the best products and the customer service is outstanding! No need to buy any other brand of tools!

I apologize for the delay. I have been out of the office since the Oct. 28th tested positive for COVID. However, I did not forget my great experience over the phone with Renee. I did speak to someone else the night before who was extremely helpful. I then called the next morning, and the representative Renee answered the phone and after verifying who I was she said oh yes Jacquelyn I will send your receipt over I have the request. I was so grateful for the excellent customer service and the quick response.

Truly a NICE experience
The Customer service person on the other end of the phone was pleasant and helpful and yes a person not a robo!
I think from contacting them to me getting a replacement was under two weeks.
In the professional hair equipment distributors there’s a lot of scammers
And these guys where definitely not that!

Any time I call Gamma. They they jump on it immediately and take care of me every time. I want to give a shout out in the building to Ms Renee Hoskins for her highest level of customer service, that she brings to the table. Renee is a BEAST, when it comes to the customer needs.she's most definitely on top of getting the problem solved. I love the way she works and moves with a sense of urgency. The thing I most hate about companies is when they say hey I'm a call you back or I'm gonna email you and they never do. (NOT WITH Renee NEVER)
