Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt, Naples FL

On January 13 we visited this location and we were overcharged by $13. I asked for a receipt and Skyla was not able to print me a receipt. When I asked her to bring up the transaction so that I could review the receipt feeling that I was overcharged for three items totaling $40.30 she told me that she didn’t know how to use the register well and she said she would return my purchase. I asked for a receipt to validate that the return was made, but of course she could not give me a receipt for the return either, I never received the credit to my debit card. She then proceeded to charge me $27 for my three items which I then paid cash. There is an older woman working there who has worked there for a while, who had no clue how to operate the register and neither did Skyla so I ended up paying $67.30 for 3 regular cups of ice cream. I have never seen the owners anytime we have been in the store so now I’m going to have to try to track them down to get my refund. Ugh. So buyer beware, make sure you have them show you their register screen before you pay for your ice cream. Very bad customer service.

Came in before 10PM (the time in which the sign on the window says they close) and was turned away as they refused to serve me even after kindly pleading for them to just take me as their last customer. I was sent out empty handed along with the 3 other people behind me. There were still customers in there and they weren’t even closed, I don’t feel as though I should be forced to beg to spend money in a business and if they want to close early just change the posted closing time on the sign. The indifferent attitude is sincerely asinine and as someone who works in the industry it’s quite frankly appalling to see the poor customer service in action. I’m not a Karen by any stretch of the imagination but I just feel the management should change their posted hours if the staff isn’t feeling up to doing their job. Seriously, just quit your job if you don’t like doing it and stop making your laziness other people’s problem.

The Service was absolutely amazing. The ice cream was so delicious and the flavor it was just right the person who made my ice cream was Aidan Midnet and I could just tell he made the ice cream with love and personally I think he should get a raise for his hard work. I’ve never had ice cream so good in my life I feel like a new person 10 out of 10 would recommend if I could give you 10 stars I would.

Fun place with lots of options from vegan to custard. Delicious and fun to watch them make orders. Wish I'd have stopped in years ago!

Fun little ice cream shoppe, where they pour liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream. They have plenty of ice cream selections to choose from, like regular, lactose free, or vegan. There is plenty of seating inside of you’re looking for a late night snack or date. Bring your kids they will love it. It’s located in the Vanderbilt Shoppes. Enjoy!

My husband & I stopped in last week and the young man working (his name was Jack) was super nice and helpful. It's not often I run into such pleasant young people these days! Please let him know he's doing a fantastic job!

Great first time experience! I got the cheesecake with cheesecake crumbles and it was delicious!

Was just told by a former employee that the leadership at this store steals the tips from the employees, as a local I sincerely hope that isn't the case, and if it is true I would be expecting a lawsuit soon.

Ice cream is great but for the price you pay, the portions are disappointing. The large portion could easily fit in a medium cup yet you pay the large price which is almost $9.00

Owner/manager was incredibly rude. The product is sub par, at best. Definitely would not recommend.

I always come here when I visit Naples! Fresh and fun, and the ice cream tastes the best. It’s so creamy!

Took my buyers here after a long day of showing houses in the heat. I don't know what was cooler the experience or the ice cream. Great place to check out for adults and kids. The banana ice cream was the best!

The man working the store was very patient while my kids debated through the many ice cream flavors and combos! The entire experience was unique, the kiddos enjoyed watching their ice creams be made. It was a little pricey for us being a family of 6, that’s the only reason I decided against 5 stars personally. If we’re in the area with extra money again we will definitely go back!

Super delicious ice cream with an outstanding fresh customizable preparation. Kids love watching the nitrogen freezing the ice cream. Truly awesome experience!

So many options for our dairy free, gluten free family! We had a great time watching our treats freeze, amazing service too. The young lady that helped us was very friendly and helped us through the ordering process as it was our first visit. The kids are already asking to go back!
