Excellent car buying experience. Subaru of GNV has an upfront pricing, no surprises business model that makes the process low stress and fair for both sides. Shout out to Ben, Bryce, and Eddie for helping me secure my awesome new Crosstrek!

Purchasing a 2024 Crosstrek from Subaru of Gainesville was the best car-buying experience I have had in my 52 years of owning cars. I would highly recommend sales associate Allan Rivas to anyone shopping for a new car. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and we were able to arrive at a fair price without an afternoon of negotiations. Eddie in Finance made the business portion easy to understand and a seamless process. The car is a pleasure to drive and I am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We took a friend here for service and we're impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of staff. When it came time to purchase the Forester we were leasing we were willing to drive from Dunnellon FL to this dealership to do the deal. 4 hours to process this transaction. After we left we realized we did not receive all the information we had signed page by page. The extended coverage packet was one of the parts missing many pages. We called and got that emailed to us. We were surprised that for over 3k our money did not buy coverage for much of anything. There is a page of items listed that are NOT covered right down to nuts and bolts. There is no itemized list of what our money actually does get us. There is also another listing on the itemized payments page that says another 1200 is hoping to the same insurance company but there is no explanation for what. So the supposed coverage is costing us 4,700 bucks with very little information about what it is for and a lot of information about what they won't cover. We will be canceling this supposed policy. There is no charge for that in FL. I have tried to call several times now to get my questions answered and set an appointment cancel the coverage package but Jason does not answer his phone or the messages I have left. We liked this place at first but we are becoming disgruntled.

I went to Hollywood Florida and I drive my 2019 Subaru accent and had the checking engine light on and others lights y pass by autozone with they tell me I had a mayor problem so they send me to the Subaru at Gainesville and Juan Lopez it halp me they tell me at first it probably I was going to leave my car for 2 day but they did to the best and check it for me and it come out to be nothing.do they really help me I make to my destination with no problem.so I really appreciate their help

Allan was the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with! He was kind, honest and no nonsense. He was very respectful of my time and from start to finish I drove out in my dream car for exactly what he promised - rare in car purchasing! In addition, my car had a full tank of gas that I know it did not have when I test drove it! Everyone I dealt with, from Allan to finance to detailed we’re kind and respectful!

Less than a year ago, I had purchased my daughter's "dream car" which was a brown, Subaru Outback. Unfortunately, someone ran a red light and totaled it. First of all, I am so grateful she was in a Subaru, or I believe it could have been so much worse.
I was determined to find the same, exact car, but it wasn't as easy as you may think! It had to be brown, tan interior, and a sunroof. I also wanted low mileage. I was searching a very wide area. We live in Atlanta, but I was willing to travel if I found "The" car. I messaged several dealerships. One of them would message me, I would answer, and they would message me again, as if I had never responded. I am still getting messages!
But, as soon as I messaged Subaru of Gainesville, I received a message and a phone call from Greg Cox. I told him exactly what I needed and that I wanted to pick it up the next day. *note* I had purchased the previous Outback from a dealership in Philly. I tell you that because no one from the Philly dealership picked me up from the airport. But Greg Cox from Subaru of Gainesville sure did! He had everything ready so it was all quick and painless. AND! The finance guy was extremely helpful and beat my credit union rate by a significant amount! The cherry on top was sending me to a pizza place that I will dream about for the rest of my life, before I headed back to Atlanta. I truly could not have asked for a better experience.

I would say a very good experience with the folks at Subaru of Gainesville. Allen was the salesperson on point with placing the order for my 2023 Crosstrek. Other staff present was also courteous.

Allan worked with me around what I was looking for in a vehicle. He went out of his way to show me so many options that the dealership had all over in every show room. If he doesn’t get a raid soon I will be shocked! He did an amazing job and will be going back for any vehicle need as should you!

Great sales team. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel like friend or family NOT a customer. Love my car. Definitely would recommend this place!

Since the first review, I have leased 2 more vehicles from this dealership. I am telling you, you could not ask for a better place to do business with. They really care about people and are willing to go the extra mile to make your experience with them memorable.

Buying my first new car in 12 years was a bit of a nerve wracking experience. I have to say though that Bryce Baynard really went out of his way to make my experience as easy and enjoyable as could be. Phil Grillo the service manager here and Bryce brought a car out for me to test drive, and I was very impressed with the handling of this new WRX. Within a week I was at the dealer to check out the same car in a color I wanted. I had some concerns about the car and Bryce was quick to let me take the one I was interested in on another test drive to alleviate those concerns. Phil took me in the service area and let me look at a couple of the same model in the air and introduce me to Terry the shop foreman, who helped point me in the right direction on a couple other mods I was interested in. Chris the GM graciously authorized the work be done with a handshake and a smile. Less than 2 days later Bryce informed me the work was complete and the car was ready. I came in, inspected the work, and was introduced to Jason who completed the financing and paperwork portion of the purchase with me and helped me pick the level of extended warranty I wanted on the car. Terry came by the office to inform me the extra work they did to make sure my accessories weren't going to cause me any issues. It also doesn't hurt that Gus Duvall (my favorite service advisor in Gainesville) works at this dealership now. I have to say Gainesville Subaru has a hell of a team working there to make sure you're happy and fully satisfied with your purchase. Thank you Bryce, Phil, Terry, Jason, and Gus!

Better than average service. Advisor was really cool and punctual and kept me informed about the service. Pricing was fair, and service completion was punctual as well. Personally, I have been there about 4 times and the dealership has treated me well each time.

They were so nice to me. I was traveling and away from home when my check engine light came on. They took my car in and checked it out for me. Gave me a lift ride to take care of business that I went to Gainsville for. All on a Friday too! Courteous and professional!

Absolutely the best customer service nice and easy, straightforward guys no bs.i worked with sales man Allan he gave best price possible on lexus es 300h 2013, i only paid their dealership fees no add ons nothing like that, if you need to buy a car you can definitely go to them!

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase of a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Subaru of Gainesville. We first went to this dealership in January 2022 and met Allan Rivas Jr, who happily worked with us when we were unsure if we were ready to purchase a new car at that time. When we decided to wait, he kept in touch to see if we had any questions and to let us know he’d keep an eye out for any vehicles that might come in that would suit our needs.

When we returned in June 2023, finally ready to buy a new car, we asked for Allan right away. He was so patient and knowledgeable through test drives and our questions, and when it turned out that the car we initially wanted to buy wasn’t available, he got us one we liked even more, and with a great deal, too.

There is no pressure when working with Allan, just options clearly and honestly presented, enthusiastic attention to detail, and ensuring that we stay comfortable throughout the buying process. We could not recommend this dealership or Allan as a salesperson any more highly and are excited to have become customers here!

Great experience at Subaru Gainesville. Pricing was fair without needing to haggle about extra charges. You don't feel like you're getting milked for cash. The entire staff was very professional. Allan was a great sales rep who took time out of his Saturday to help me close on a car quickly. He was able to find me exactly the car I was looking for.
