While we absolutely love our Subaru and the salesman who has helped us with the purchase of three of our four Subarus from DeVoe, the service department is less than stellar. Larry never returns phone calls and can’t remember us from one to the next. By contrast, Karl walked through the service department while I was there, called me by my first name, asked about my husband (by name) and asked if we were still retiring! We haven’t dealt with him in nearly two years! Dropped of the car yesterday and came back to pick it up today and he asked if I was dropping off a car! If only the service department could step up to the quality of the sales department Devoe could have a five star operation!

2019 Ascent Touring: Always prompt and considerate, never a question of quality of repair or scheduling of maintenance. Waiting area and showroom very tidy and clean.

Service staff willing to explain everything up front and the pricing is always clearly stated.

We live more than 20 miles from this dealership and by choice this is where we go. There is another Subaru dealership much closer to our home but it has disappointed us twice and never again.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right vehicle with low mileage to purchase within my budget. Austin Rowe helped me with this experience and was very patient with me and all of my questions. He was not high pressuring at all. He even went above and beyond to bring me my vehicle on his own time after work, which is an hour and a half away. I am very grateful and highly recommend Austin and Sabaru of Naples.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Made the drive out their over other dealers that are closer due to no hidden fees and no mark ups. Salesman was very honest over the phone and what he said over the phone matched when we got to the dealer. Staff was able to keeps my kids entertained and occupied with Subaru history and trivia.

I just picked up my 3rd Subaru- and the 2nd Subaru from Devoe Subaru of Naples. My lease was up, I had to decide what car I wanted next. When deciding, after looking around, I knew I would return to a Subaru. The staff at this location are sensational! My new car had to be ordered and I was told it would arrive mid Feb. It actually came in early and I picked it up in Jan. Sales, and Service are wonderful. I feel safe in a Subaru and I love how it handles. The color is absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled with the car-a 2023 Crosstrek Sport. Handles wonderfully!

Called to set up appointment for 22,500 mile service on our Legacy. Fairly quick availability and drop off was smooth. Did a good job for service and reasonably priced. Johnny was a friendly professional service advisor.

Like other reviewers, only used the service aspect of Devoe. It has been consistenly good, relatively quick, and professional. Larry as been our service advisor a few times, and he is on it! He is professional, curteous, and even makes lame dad jokes about service stuff!:) Overall, our experience has been positive and would recommend their service to other Subaru owners and the like.

Very nice and the service people are good at accommodating times of service - make sure you are clear about what service you need, they didn't do the 36.000 mile service when I took it in and said the one extra thing I needed was to have the rear windshield wiper repaired.they thought that was the only thing I needed done so now I have to take it back for the 36,000 mile servicing! Otherwise they are great!

Don was my salesman and he’s the best! My experience was effortless and my Crosstrex is beautiful. He explained all of the details I could handle. The gentleman in finance was great. He worked to get me the payment I wanted. Thank you guys for everything

I would give 10 stars if I could! The service here is excellent! Haha no but for real, I know I'm a family member, but I did recently go through the actual purchase process here, and it truly is a pleasure to buy a car here. Danny is amazing, and all the other sales people are very kind and not pushy. I got the car I wanted, runs fantastically, and the paperwork was fast and easy.

Waited for my car for $10,000 mile service call and heater bolt recall work. My contact was courteous, waiting room clean and waiting time acceptable. Overall a great experience.

Great sales experience with Carl Hendel at Subaru Naples. His relaxed, straight forward manner made it a pleasant experience for us. We had the opportunity to build a car to our specifications which was a new experience for us and the estimated timeline was accurate. Our Outback was delivered when they said it would be. We expected that driving a Subaru might be an adjustment after nine years driving three different BMW sedans, but the transition was pretty seamless. The Financing person we dealt with was also great and we were very pleased with the process and terms given current market conditions. Highly recommend these individuals.

Most would be surprised that at 44 years of age I was making my first car buy at a dealership and not through a personal owner like I had many times before. I recently had met the owners at the property management company I run and they were such pleasant folks that I told em one day when I needed a car I would come see em and 3 months later the old pickup truck took a dump for a cost I couldn't afford to fix. Instead I called em up and Don sent me to Sales Director Sean Ortz who passed me off to Adam Sandy and I couldn't say enough of how easy the transition went and satisfied I am. I told em upfront I didn't have the best credit and a set limit to spend and I got exactly the kinda car I needed and wanted at a price I could afford and it was just worth this long review to mention them each. I would say if you are looking for a place that will treat ya like friends and family walking in the door and gets you what you want, you shop no further than Devoe. I was new to it all, but Adam was patient and as cool as they come. Great job fellas and you can guarantee Imma sell the name when someone asks about a place to get car and who to ask for!
