This dealership and their service department are awesome. I am a former car mechanic and I have been a customer for 19 years. Not once have I felt that they were selling any work that was not necessary. Their sales staff was professional and gave me no BS during the sales process.

I called on a Monday and was able to be scheduled for service the next day at 8am. They came to my house, left me a loaner and were off on their way. They had an estimate for me within 2 hours. They fixed everything same day. All of the staff was super polite and helpful and didn't push me to get extra or add-ons unless I wanted. So impressed with their service. Literally solved my issues in less than 24 hrs turn around time. That's great service!

While service staff were polite, they told me they couldn't find a problem with a tire that I knew was leaking. I took the car to another service shop and they found the problem quickly. Recommend going elsewhere for car issues beyond regular maintenance.

We are from out of state and needed an oil change after traveling about 6k miles. They were closing and we would not if made it in time but we called ahead of time and they still took care of us and in such a timely manner. We were very impressed and even though it is far away from our house, I think we’ll be making the trip to this Subaru above all for our time here in Florida. Thank you to the service department for being awesome!

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Everyone was polite and courteous. It took longer than I was lead to expect, so that is why I couldn’t leave a 5-star rating.

I have used this dealership for service on 2 Subaru Imprezas I’ve owned in the past 10 years or so, and my wife has used them for her Outback for about the same amount of time. The name and ownership has changed in the past few years, as have some of the staff, but their service doesn’t seem to have changed. They have always gotten me in and out quickly with a pleasant attitude, and I’ve never had any problems with the quality of their service, but I’ve never had particularly significant repairs done. My wife had significant issues with her car, and they ended up doing some work that turned out to be unnecessary, but they gave her a break on some other work to help balance it out. Thus, I have no complaints and think they provide competent service. They also have a very comfortable waiting area.

This is the best service department ever! Larry W. Is courteous, efficient, and goes the extra mile in making sure our vehicles are serviced timely, and research is done on the best products available. Service techs are knowledgeable and skilled, as all repairs and regular service work has been done with no rerun trips needed.

Spur of the moment oil change. I arrived at 5: 05pm and they close at 6. Everyone was super helpful & friendly and I was in an out in less than 45 minutes!

Super route of South Tampa is great they was very courteous and said they would have my car out and within the hour and a 1/2 and they did they did a great job I would highly recommend Subaru of South Tampa for all your auto services

Service was fast and staff were quick to answer my concerns and questions. Only complaint is that their website help service doesn't really do what it says it is going to do. I never received a phone back from SST after the automated self help said it would.

Greeted kindly, service order quickly taken, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation completed in approximately 30 minutes. Excellent experience as usual. Very good care and procedure for health and safety of staff and customers. Good job. 4/20/21, appointment quickly confirmed and reviewed what services were to be performed. Very congenial staff and service advisor. Service was done in reasonable time. Yet another ex.cellent experience.

I bought my Subaru outback from this dealer about 5 years ago. Great experience. I love my car still. My daughter just got a used Subaru Forester from another dealer. We brought it into the service department to have them look at it. They were honest, straightforward and told us what it needed. Even got us in on the same day we called. Gave it an oil change and did not try to swindle us on extra work or overcharge us. In fact they were cheaper on the evaluation and the oil change then every other dealership we called and the local oil lube shop that I take my regular car to get the oil changed. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the service department is very helpful and courteous. I enjoy taking my car there because of their service.

I haven’t been a Subaru owner very long but my experience at the Tampa service department was very different than San Francisco and El Paso. In both the other states, I was given a car wash as part of the service and neither of those were major services. This was my 12 month service and it just didn’t rise to the same level of service. The appointment was easy to schedule and they had me out in about 80 minutes but it just wasn’t above and beyond.

It is always a pleasure to take the car there. They are the most professional dealership I’ve ever been to. 5 stars is not enough should be 10 stars

Very good experience. Larry the service tech did a great job in coordinating the repair of my legacy rear window with Subaru and the tint repair shop. He provided a loaner car while my car was been repaired which was very much appreciated. Thank you Larry.

I’ve been a Subaru owner since 2015. Sales staff is courteous and knowledgeable and I always receive friendly, honest service.

These guys rock! Always super friendly and helpful, no BS or runaround. I live in Lakeland but South Tampa is my preferred service location, hands down. My Impreza and WRX run faithfully thanks to their hard work.
