I appreciate Dr Ingrid so much. My son is now 20 years old and has suffered from OCD depression and anxiety since age 9 years old. He had a breaking point where he had recurring thoughts that I could not get him out of. For 11 years I have tried multiple therapist and psychologist that did not take the time with him to figure it out. They just wanted to put on medication and to move to the next. Not Dr Ingrid! She has been a life changer. She talked with him extensively put him on medication and he is doing great! I will be forever grateful!

Dr. Ingrid is very sweet and professional. I have been treating her for almost 5 years and my mental health is stable. Very good doctor.

After reading a few of the negative reviews I would like to first say that has not been my experience. Dr. Ingrid has always been attentive to my needs. From the time of my 1st assessment. Dr. Ingrid has proved to be impressively knowledgeable about mental health and addiction. She makes accurate diagnosis and utilizes medication management in a non-evassive manner. Because of Dr. Ingrid, I have a better understanding about my personal MH and Substance Use diagnosis. I also feel more confident now that I am able to get better. Thank you Dr. Ingrid for your attentive, kind caring approach to treatment.

Dr. Ingrid has been such an amazing provider, especially in the way she takes the time to personally get to know you. She is very friendly and is very supportive of patients. I love the fact that she is relatable, understanding and is always willing to educate on various aspects of your mental health. She is also very respectful and treats you fairly at all times. Dr. Ingrid is by far one of the best mental health providers you’ll meet!

Scam! There is no office, I just walked in to a building and made a fool out of myself looking for this company, the front desk to told me they are not in that building anymore. The phone line goes straight to a voicemail message that they will call you back in 48 -72 hrs. All to find out the appointment I've been chasing will have to be a telehealth. No thank you.

Absolutely the most unprofessional “healthcare” office if you can even call it that. The doctor sounds uneducated. They have 2 separate phone numbers that never lead to a person.they tell you to TEXT them? And then they still don’t even answer. This place is a scam. I found them on ZocDoc and regret ever scheduling an appointment. I was charged for my appointment that the doctor was 1 hour late to and I was told I would get my prescription sent in and I am still waiting for an update after 5 days. The doctor asked me what other meds I want if my normal medication isn’t available… um how should I know? Aren’t you the doctor? Literal madness. Im horrified.

Ms. Suazo and her staff were very professional and friendly to me. They were very helpful and attentive to my needs. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Finally found a psychiatrist who is caring, knowledgeable and sufficient. After reading other reviews I was a bit hesitant but I did not experience any of the other issues other people did. Highly recommend Dr. Suazo, thank you so much for your care!
