Suburban Propane, Margate FL

Worst propane company on Broward County. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Whoever the Manager is: TRAIN your employees, it is unacceptable to wait 40 days to get your generator tank refill (I have the call records). The last 3 years have been the same problem, but this year is a record of bad customer service. BTW your gas prices are expensive. I am been trying to be patience, not anymore. I repeat, DO NOT BUY GAS FROM THIS PLACE. Every time you need gas, they make you wait weeks, even months. And forget to count on them after a Huracan or storm! SLOW-USELESS-GOOD FOR NOTHING.

I am glad I found Suburban Propane, they have an excellent customer service, and they showed up as promised. Very happy with their service, I highly recommend them.

I've never experienced such kindness & genuine concern from a customer service rep as I did from Natalie! She took the time to answer all of my questions & even offered suggestions to make shopping for propane as easy as 1 2 3! Thanks again Natalie, you are simply the best!

I believe honest disclosure is critical to a company's image. In this respect, Suburban fails. They quoted $2.99 per gallon and on that basis, I ordered fuel. Truck arrives fills my tank and gives me an invoice for $3.06 per gallon. They tacked an additional $14.60 on he bill. Not a lot of money, but a matter of principal. Just plain deceptive. Will never trust them again

I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I understand how this can affect your business as I am a General Manager and a nationwide car dealership and we live by reviews. However, customer service, ethics, and integrity s a huge part of business and is the foundation and any successful business. I have had this account for 2 1/2 years and have not needed propane as it is for our generator. I haven’t had or requested service since I have had the account and all of a sudden in mid April in the middle of the pandemic a truck pulls up to my house and fills the tank without notifying anyone and slaps us with a bill for $1000. I get all businesses are hurting during this time but to perform a service without permission and when it’s not requested is unethical. When you try to contact them you can’t get in touch with anyone. It simply routes you to the 800 Number where they can’t answer any of your questions. They then tell you they will send your message to the local office for them to contact you and guess what? No one does! I get most companies are running with skeleton crews but if you can send a truck out to fill tanks, you can call a customer back.

Karren and the service team at Suburban Propane care about their customers. I have a busted pipe coming from my tank by my landscaper. Karren took my call and made it a priority to fit me into the service schedule.i really appreciate Suburban Propane and their team for making my day better than it started!

I have been with Suburban Propane for a few years and they have been very professional and courteous. The prices are probably in line with the norms but it would be nice if they had a loyalty credit for those that are long term customers something like gas buddies just saying.

Honestly, if I can give them a "no" star. I would. No one ever returns my call, when we are scheduled for a delivery, it's never delivered. Nevertheless, I never receive a phone call back from them. It's like they could care less if they have customers or not. I called and spoke to corporate because we didn't receive the delivery and still got nowhere. No other way to say it. They SUCK!

I wish I didn’t have to give ANY stars. I too had my tank shut off without notice! I ONLY use propane to cook which is not often. I’m a Senior Citizen and the only person who lives here. How much propane have I paid for that I didn’t need. NO NOTICE LEFT, just shut off and gone I guess. This review can not even express my emotions right now!
