Suburban Studios near Panama City Beach

Room had a weird smell and they seriously need to do something about the roaches in this place.

My fiancee' stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Nice little romantic get away.

No clean up in our room for 3 days I don't think you should have to ask and I got charged a 50 dollar clean up fee on my discover card that's stealing in my opinion

The location of this hotel was the best part of it.my first problem was walking in to this room that really looked nothing like the pictures on line, my second problem are these pics that I posted it like for the money they would do better, 3td problem was coming in our room not knocking or asking if we wanted room service and we seen and talked to this lady I even asked for towels she waits until we leave and goes in our room.we had so much fun at the beach and other places we didn't say a word about this little threw together room BUT WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Pleasantly surprised, considering the rating. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cleans bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. I usually stay at Hampton Inn, but I needed multiple rooms for my crew of employees for an extended stay. As for roaches, I haven’t seen any. I hate roaches.

Never been there the gas station supposed to be 24 hours next door but they close it down every night about 12: 00 to 4: 00 or 5: 00 in the morning

Literally terrible, staff were so rude, literally roaches everywhere, very horrible experience never again

Staff was rude at check in and checkout. Quick to answer no, if you could ever find them.
Be sure to take a can of Roach Spray with you, overrun with roaches!
Floors were dirty and maid service was very unsatisfactory. One visit and one small bottle of shampoo for 5 days.

We love the staff We stayed 4 times this year for 3 days each time. If u ever have a problem they help u. Always talk to u tell u places to eat. Very friendly. We always like to stay there. Well be visiting in Oct.

Currently staying here for work, and I’ve only been here 3 days and probably killed 20 Carpenter ants. They pop up everywhere, even on my pillow. Definitely a bug problem here.

Not pleased at all. Got room smelled bad and dirty. Got room #2 and door wouldn't shut all the way. Got room #3 it was better but had to clean some it myself. Asked what they were going to do about us having to switch rooms 3 times and got the reply.a refund to go somewhere else. Really couldn't do that since everything else was already booked up. When it rained water would be all over floor coming in through the AC unit. The housekeepers were all friendly and had conversations with you.

Convenient area.rooms like a mini studio including fridge and mini stove.reasonable prices

It was a last minute decision and I am glad I took the right one. Great price for a Nice and clean room.
Advice for the company: your cabinet designer and contractor sucks. Do yourself a favor, do not hire them again, they are stealing your money.

It was overall a good hotel. GM doesn't care to respond to customer complaints. An employee made a pretty serious accusation and kept persisting with it facial expressions and all. He then tried to deny what he accused of. I think I would not stay there again as they were also not concerned with the weed smoking going on outside my hotel room and coming in the vents, but it was ok to accuse

Great hotel. Great location. Great price. The room is spacious and the air conditioner really works. Wish the bed was a little bigger and T. V had a few more channels but overall a good room. Staff was awesome.

Dirty and currently getting bit by fleas. Definitely not worth the $200 we are paying. The floor is covered in dirt and the fridge doesn't even work.
