ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience; would not recommend booking here based on the consistent unprofessional behavior throughout the booking process! With preposterous rules. PLEASSE SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR A MORE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. The first time I called to book the person on the phone blatantly lied and said I could not book more than two weeks in advance. After calling again I was able to book and the person told me in the case no rooms were available we would have to option to wait in the lobby. When I arrived it was around 5am, the man who we encountered was behind a glass window and after giving me an ID proceeded to tell me I was going to be charged fee for not checking in at at the designated time; mind you I called to make sure this situation would be prevented and even asked when I booked can I check in at an earlier time. I was told different from three phone operators! All in all me and my mom were left in the cold outside at 5AM in the dark; the person checking us in had ABSOLUTELY NO HUMAN DECENCY WHATSOEVER
; this place truly does not understand what hospitality is. Thankfully me and my mother had somewhere to go. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALLLL COST, IM ACTUALLY GLAD WE LEFT THIS PLACE LOOKED RUN DOWN. The only reason I considered booking because it was a last resort. Glory to God though I did not let this experience ruin my trip.

I am a Choice Hotels Platinum member & hotel manager and never have I ever stayed at such a disastrous property! The rooms didn't have any complimentary toiletries besides soap, the windows were all covered in plastic and blue tape, there were crawling pests up the wall, in the bathroom, the microwave and even on the TV! The housekeepers knocked on my door at 9: 55am, although checkout was at 11 and practically threw me out even after I called the front desk and asked for a late checkout, tipped the maid and left the room in better condition than I found it! It was so embarrassing that at 11: 30am the front desk clerk called with an attitude, lied about the time I called for the late checkout and simultaneously, at 11: 32am the housekeeper and proprietor, showed up at my room door banging and demanding that they needed to clean the room, only for me to leave and see them walk back to the front office all the way across the parking lot! This place should NOT be associated with Choice or any other brand for that matter. In fact, it should just be reserved for the transient people that an outside entity pays for to stay there already. Not to mention the loitering, loud activity and random people knocking on your door at all hours of the night! Not only was the room awful, but I did NOT feel safe at all. I didn't get to sleep until 7am which was the cause for the late checkout. Don't ever spend your money at this place OR your points-they are NOT worth it! Horrible customer service and management. I will NEVER stay here again!

The Reverend extended stay motel that's a great place to go stay if you're just going if you just passing through Tallahassee and to take a break that's a great place to go they have great rooms large rooms and also great Jacuzzis in the bathroom I fell in love with the jacuzzis that they have and if you haven't Tallahassee stop by the Suburban some Silver Slipper Lane CJ from Tallahassee

The housekeeping team cleaned the rooms very good the housekeeping manager tamica really know how to interact with her guest she was very helpful with whatever we needed and polite

Rooms are ok. Absolutely love the jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms! Staff courteous and helpful upon request. Only real problem I see is the need for armed security at night. Not a bad part of town so why the armed security? Is it because of the patrons or what? Just seems a bit much in my opinion, makes you wonder.

We reserved a nonsmoking room but the room had a strong cigarette smoke smell. It did say ‘nonsmoking room’ on the door though. I understand it was from previous stays but the housekeeping and management should be communicating to take note of this. The smell stayed all on the bags and clothes that we brought to the trip after we left. The staff is friendly and tried to help but did not have much options due to the busy weekend of Halloween.
There were some bugs in the room.
The Best part of this room was the shower/bath which was great!
This was a cheap stay at the time so I would advise that if you are broke or just want a place to crash, this should be decent.

Lungs damaged, runny nose, red eyes, breathing difficulty from mold & mildew created by a frequently leaking toilet room #220 STAY OUT OF THAT ROOM.

This hotel has alot of potential. We had to live there for a month and majority of the staff was great. The manager was super nice. They are doing alot of upgrades to the rooms. The month we stayed, there was much improvement. So I imagine in a year, it will be great!

We travel a lot and we get to stay in many 2-3 stars hotels. I have to say that this is a very decent 2 stars hotel. It’s outdated like most of them, but very clean. The room had everything we needed for our 1 night stay while on our way back to Texas. One thing was outstanding and it must be praised: it’s customer service. The girl at the night window, slim with the very short hair was so kind, courteous and she was emailing all the time. She made us feel very welcomed. People like her is what make clients wanting to come back to this place

I stay to myself but I like it got a 2 eye burner and microwave big fridge and if u ask for sumthun u get wat u need.no problems my way.

We stay here often. Now the television has hardly and channels that Work, and when we asked the front desk (Janice wright) she was very rude and had a attitude. We have currently been staying for two weeks and may stay somewhere else for the next two! ###

Room was clean upon entry. Outdated furnishings but set up well with the usual soap, towels, tissue, shampoo etc but with fun and artful rolling, fold and fanning.

Kitchenette had dish soap, toaster, coffee maker, cutting board pots, pans, cooking utensils and silver wear, full sized fridge+freezer.

Honestly the only downside was the outdated decor and the pool was being shocked when I started my week stay but never fully cleaned to be able to use but honestly for what you are getting weekly price is an absolute STEAL!

This was hard to rate. It was a busy weekend. An the check in person put us down in the section where there were long term stay people. Plus somewhat handy cap she put us on second floor an told us nothing else was available. When we went for ice later that night there were rooms with open curtains on first floor so there was available rooms on first floor. On the while everyone was nice but had people coming an going most of night someone knocked at our door at 2 am. The rooms were nice enough. Just unfortunate that it was a bad experience.

Car was parked onsite and got sideswiped overnight

This is one of my top favorite hotels. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The rooms are very clean. If you travel here stay here.

I would definitely stay here again, this place goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Very nice staff, very clean and comfy beds! Very impressed!

Absolutely disgusting hotel, if you can even call it that. The sheets were filthy and stained with who knows what (appeared to be body fluids, which also were obviously stained on the walls, tables, chairs, and basically everywhere you could think of), the fridge was so broken you couldn’t even use it.

Roaches everywhere. There was even a SNAIL on the pull out couch. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I slept in my car instead of sleeping in that nasty room I paid for.

This is the kind of place you go if you want to get “freaky” for a few hours, not somewhere you want to stay while being exhausted from a twelve hour drive…

I even saw the housekeepers “cleaning the rooms” and they clearly were not washing all the sheets.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Plus, there were lots of seedy characters just wandering around late at night doing god knows what.

Seriously, please go somewhere else. I hardly got an hour of sleep because it was just so uncomfortable and nasty. I would give it a zero stars if I could.
