Who ever manages this store is very bad at ordering condiments and food.today was the last straw with this poorly run store. They told me the will no longer carry coffee.they were always out of creamer and now no more coffee! I won't be back here and spend my time and money elsewhere

I order twice in the Waitr app in two days in the row. Yesterday it was at 9 pm and today at 8: 20 pm and they never accept my order. Customer service sucks there. They need a manager or someone on charge cause this is ridiculous. Never gonna order anything from there anymore till they put someone to be responsible y’all loosing customers like that.

The WORST subway I've ever had! My sandwich was dry, my pizza looked and tasted like a tan cushion with vomit on it. I've been calling for 20 minutes because I sat down to eat my nasty pizza and found hair in it. No the subway artist did not have a hair net! I'm livid, two footlongs and a pizza later I'm starving. Worst $20 I've ever spent. I should've bought crack at least I wouldn't be starving and I'd be really high from what I've been told. Please fix your store but I'll NEVER step one foot in here again. Because nobody even cares!

My sisters and my mother went in this store last week. The sub creator was rude to the customer before them. When my sister went to order the sub creator was rude and nasty to her as well. She also didn't have on a name tag. My sister kept asking what her name was and the employee told her she didn't have to tell her her name. She didn't even have on a hair net or apron either. She then threw my sister's food and told her she didn't have to put up with her or serve her and told her to leave. My mom tried to order something for my littlest sister and she told her to get out too because she wasn't putting up with her or serving her either. She then started mocking her because she has a strong Asian accent. Completely uncalled for. Subway corporate AND WALMART CORPORATE will be notified about this disgusting employee.

Went in the store only had a 50 dollar bill wife is a diabetic made our food then took it back because they didnt have any change at 3 in the afternoon the people were rude to us and told us to leave will never eat there again. If the owner has any balls he would fire those workers. Ill be reaching out to the area supervisor. Then to the media.

I love Subway and even more so when they have coupons out but at this location I keep getting this fair complexion, Ginger who is vampire drained of all personality. She looks right at you and just goes through the motions with no personality or thrill to try to suggest a sale. I have nothing against her I just wish she would smile and pretend she enjoy her job and believes in the product she is suppose to be selling. Other than that I LOVE THIS LOCATION! I'm giving a 4star rating due to the dread of walking in and she is fixing my food. Sorry.

ZERO STARS! NO STARS! INVISIBLE STAR. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This establishment is absolutely horrible. Their owner Randell Potts is a rude bigot. He claims he has cameras inside the store and doesn’t see the activity I complained about but I’m convinced he’s either blind or jus dumb. I called and complained to cooperate only for them to tell me since it’s locally owned I can either deal with the rude behavior or not eat there so I definitely be takin my money elsewhere. Never in my life have I had to wait 15 mins to be served only to have the girl that’s makin my sandwich damn near toss my sandwich into the toaster off of the heating pan. Employees Shanna (fat girl with glasses) (who’s boyfriend happens to sit in the establishment the ENTIRE time she works) and Shirley (Cheryl) (Older white lady) (Refused to give me coorperate number) will be the downfall of this store if they continue to work there. Other employees take cigarette breaks and will shut the entire store down jus to do so. Always on there phones in the back. The only good employee they have is Ms. CJ. She’s a angel and they don’t deserve her. Subway will give a store to ANYONE obviously
