Subway, Valrico FL

Had an amazing time there. Staff was completely nice and took time for me as with my disabilities it was difficult. My husband enjoyed the food before we headed to the beach.

Christmas made us some badass breakfast. I love the service we always get here.

Very nice employees. Definitely love going to this one and highly recommend it. Haven’t had a bad sandwich yet!

At the time of our visit place was in short supply of everything.employees seem preoccupied with whatever they were doing in the back verses cantering to customers rush us through our order

Ordered in app for pick up. 1 of the 3 sandwiches was, quite literally, burnt. Like, turning black, burnt. I've never, in the existence of subway, gotten a burnt sandwich. I don't even know how it's possible. The worst part is; the person that made it had to have noticed it. But they went with it anyway. Lazy. The other sandwiches good.

I checked the store hours, drove 6 miles to buy a sub before my shift at 5: 30 pm, got there and the store was closed, it would have been nice and friendly with we the clients inform it was closed.

I was in the mood for a good steak & cheese sub, & Subway delivered. But it took me 2 tries to get an open Subway. I was on my way home & stopped at the one on Boyette Rd in Riverview just before 7 pm Sunday. Hours on the door said open till 8: 30, but it was semi dark inside & the door was locked. So I went to the one on Lithia Pinecrest & got my sandwich. Spending my money on Christmas now, so I passed on the chips & cookie this time. It was good, but I may ask for extra cheese next time. I only added bell peppers & sweet onion sauce.

Literally the most incompetent and careless workers I've ever seen. They literally do not care about anything. The two workers on this day should not be kept. I don't usually say poor things about people but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Kind and helpful employees. Nice sandwiches, as in most Subway restaurants. I love the service.

Dont go there 2-3 hrs before closing. They close at 10 on weekdays. We got there almost all the table was empty of all the vegetables and meats. No ice in the soda machine and almost half of the self serve sodas were empty. They start closing alot early than they should. I wont be back again and I don't recommend anyone else should

Great employees but worst management iv ever seen. Definitely need new managers that know what there doing and not rip people off

Had to wait several minutes for staff to come to the front. Bad location makes it difficult to get in and out of. And the bread was a little tough.

Best subway I have ever been to! The food is fresh, establishment is clean, and the staff is so kind and excellent at giving you exactly the amount of toppings you desire. I highly recommend this subway location!

Asked the employee to wear a mask while she made my Sub. She said “we do not have to wear them” when there is a clear sign that says employees are required to wear masks while in the store. I advised her of that and she just said “we don’t have to wear them, what can I make for you”. Her name was Diane or Debbie I think, older lady. The other employee had her mask on the whole time. I didn’t even order I just walked out. Horrible that she is just talking and breathing over peoples sandwiches while she makes them.

Nice guys working last night. Helped me pick toppings on my ham and cheese. It was delicious. Very clean. We dirve from Lithia to this location.
