This place has horrible service.the girl name cha is very disrespectful she literally made the remark of saying she not going to serve me because of what I had overheard and said about the catering order that they had was was cancelled until Friday and my remark was " (they will be getting some stale sandwiches then) " and cha started insulting me I'm not ok with the disrespect from any one.someone needs to have a word with her about customer service she just can't say anything she wants to customers. Even if they are super overwhelmed like what had happened today or even if she heard what she heard I can not believe that I literally wasn't even talking to cha. Nikia was the one talking about the catering order and she was laughing about my remark about the catering order Nikia is very sweet and nice

No wraps, frozen flat bread and only white bread. Ladies with a bit of attitude, not very clean and lo g lines. Forget about online orders. You'll be last

This is the only Subway I know that closes one to two hours before the advertised time of 10 pm. I wonder if the owners of this franchise know this, it has happened at least 5 times. Please either update your business hours or stay open until at least 10 pm.

I don't know who the owner but I went there on 12 Dec they young people had me waiting out side for order when it say 10pm close I was there 9: 30pm that the type workers run customers away.i know could do better than that young workers don't care they don't have bills.i never hire young people to work.

The lady working there sneezed on my food and when I told her, she was rude. You could tell she was sick and with runny nose. So disgusting

My daughter worked in this place and was intimidated by her manager. Lani takes advantage of the underage boys, accusing them of theft, but she does not want to check the cameras since she is the one who steals and intimidates the boys, telling them that she can abuse them because she loses the control and does not pay them steals their checks the manager of this company should be more aware of the boys and see the abusive managers they have. I have videos of this person yelling at my daughter and the other boys, mothers, don't let your children work in this place.

I just want to say that I've been coming to this subway for a while and there have always been these young guys working here who were very unprofessional and the exact example of the type of people who cause a place to lose business. The only reason I come here is because I love the cookies. When I went in this morning to my surprise there were two women one who was training the other and they were both absolutely delightful, had great manners and an all around pleasant demeanor. Thought my exchange was short I hope they remain and maintain that level of service.

I love the subway on biscayne near this one but this particular subway ran out of bread a couple of times and I saw one older male employee talk straight into the sandwich and be lazy with gloves and that was a huge red flag.

This Subway closes and opens whenever they want. They do not adhere to operational hours. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and a huge inconvenience for customers.

This place sucks very rude employee and ontop of everything the oven wasn’t working never stopping here again

Normally I don't do reviews, the first one last week I came at 9: 30 and they told me they were closed today I come at 7: 30 and they tell me they don't have any more bread I will no longer come to the subway I rather go a little bit further down and give business to the other Subway. Or I'll probably go to Publix and get me a real sandwich forget Subway, lost the customer.

Bad experience in this Subway, the two guys with dreadlocks are rude, how many people are looking for a job that really want to work and these incompetent employees making Subway a terrible place to spent time and money to buy their food. Also the manager of this place where is at? How is possible that the toaster wasn’t working? Even though I still wanted to buy 6 subs which made such a big deal to one of the guys, while asking me for the toppings calling them “shit” Like do you want the same “shit”
Bad bad bad experience run out from there.

I recently came here at around 2 p.m, and there was only one worker here. The line reached outside the door in less than 5 minutes after I came in. I decided where I would sit down and immediately went to the back of the line. I was literally at this subway for more than an hour because of the slow service. The worker was quick and good at multitasking; however, he was no match for the long line of people that continued to grow. When other customers started to complain and ask why was only one worker there, he replied, "someone called out at the last minute. " Around 3: 30 p.m, two other workers came in and subsided the line. Overall, my experience was good; aside from the slow service and shortage of staff, everything was good.

I always go out of my way to compliment people who still have a desire to work especially during these trying times. I want to thank the young man who assisted me with my order and who was having a bad morning and him not showing me the type of service I would have expected in regard to his attitude. I almost cancelled the order, but choose to forgive him because the order was not for me, but for someone in a nursing home. A rule of thumb when providing service to ANYONE is to treat them with the same kindness and respect or even more that you would expect yourself. Something I practice daily. Also you never know who God will use to bless you.
Dear God you know what this young man is going through in his life, I pray that you would intervene into his situation and give him clarity of thought in finding the solution to his discomfort. I pray that you would give him your strength to deal with his problem (s), wisdom, discernment and your peace that passes all understanding in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Hi I had went to one of your restaurants this evening and I wanted to get a sub and one of the workers call Leo tell me I had to put the sauce on first because he did not wanna make a mess on the knife. But I thought with SUBWAY customer service come first and also told the other worker if I put the latest on the first I can’t have any sauce on my sub. And told me he would not make myself if I do that.

That subway have nothing. Flatbread, no. Italian cheese, no. Swiss cheese, no. Cucumber, no. Parmesan cheese, no. Avocado puree, no.
I have no choice, just eat what they have available. And bad service by the way.
Also is a dine-in location and don't have a restroom.

Went to this location today and it was one person in front of me so the worker was completing his sandwich and proceeded to check him out, she took off her gloves and cashed him out. While she was waiting for him to complete the transaction with his credit card she scratched her scalp on her head and stroked through her hair (which were in braids), rang him out and proceeded to walk over to the gloves and attempt to put them on. Mind you they have a sink right next to the cash register and one would assume it's for the purpose of once you rang a sale and either touch money/card/register its easy to wash your hands and proceed to handle the gloves. I asked her if she was going to wash her hands and she said I'm going to put on gloves. I said but you just scratched your head, ran your fingers through your braids, and rang someone out and in order for you to put the gloves on you touch the outside of the gloves that you are about to touch my meat and veggies with. I could not believe that she told me that her hair wasn't dirty. I asked if someone else could make my sandwich so she went to get someone else to make the sandwiches. After second thoughts I left the location and I decided to go home and make my own subs. Smh I can say that I will never go to this location again, but I will make sure I pay attention whenever I decide to visit another location.
