Ordered a salami and turkey sub, I understand it not on the menu but asked if there would be an upcharge for this and was told no they would just charge for a spicy Italian and substitute the pepperoni for turkey. But then I was charged extra for the turkey! When I asked the manager about this I was told they cannot substitute! So then I asked if I could have the pepperoni that I paid for, was then told no because they had substituted the pepperoni for salami!

This place is absolutely horrible. First of all when I checked out the credit card machine automatically added a 20% tip. When I brought it to the young man's attention he told me I added it when in fact I did not. I told him that I wanted a refund and he told me that there was nothing he could do and looked at me as if there was something wrong with me. We ordered two sandwiches a chicken and a steak and cheese and they both sucked. They were cold and tasted horrible. Lastly when I asked the young man if there was a men's room that I could wash my hands he told me that they were both getting remodeled and when I asked him if there was a sink that I could simply wash my hands because they were covered in excessive drippings from the terrible food he repeated himself this time with even more of an attitude than he had when he made my sandwiches. I would recommend staying away from this place unless you want horrible service, food and to be overcharged without your knowledge or consent.

Always dependable. Very good food. The standard in sub making. I personally always order tuna with spinach leaves, tomato, onion and cheese on a multi-grain roll. You can get creative and try any combination of ingredients. The staff is always friendly and respectful.

I am sadly writing this post because after working in this plaza for 15 years I have seen staff come and go at this local subway. However, the new husband and wife just seems to nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Today was the last straw. 20 mins ago I purchased a drink (I work directly next door) then went in for a refill. Thinking I would be a refill charge. Seeing how we are short staffed I can’t eat my sub in THIER store. I just sneak out grab a sub and eat in between customers. I was told that now I’m being a nuisance and would not be welcome into he store again. I just asked “ if I ate my sub here would I get a free refill “ he told me yes.
It’s more of a principle thing. Not only myself but our WHOLE STORE comes in DAILY to get drinks, subs or cookies. I’m sure we will outlast this crew like we have the ones previously but the owner should be aware of the cut throat business they are displaying. Maybe the lady smoking out front in a chair should’ve been my first sign to stay clear …. Sticking with Publix from now on. I will walk to the end of the plaza to get a drink now

WORST SUBWAY EVER! BATHROOM CLOSED AT NIGHT REALLY! WHY is a restroom Pre-Closed? Because the lazy employee doesn't want you to use it, because he will have to clean it! The owner was contacted and there was no concern on his part, typical, go to the Subway in Prima Vista Crossing Plaza much cleaner, employees are very courteous and friendly and the restroom is open during business hours! Not Pre-closed like the Eastport location!

This is our go to place when my husband & I don't feel like cooking! Our subway is out clean & the Subway Team is Awesome, 5 stars for sure!
