20My husband and i went in at 9pm they close at 10pm and there was this young girl making a sub we waited 6 minutes and she didn't say anything not ill be with you in a second. We just left. Their customer service skills in NON EXISTENT. I hope corporate sees this and fixes it before they lose other customers.
This is what you get when you order one of the new cheesesteaks that have been advertised recently. $18 for this garbage is totally unacceptable!
Service was a bit lagging, but got my food ok and was good. Sandwich maker needs to improve speediness.
Ordered the Boss sand which, never only received the pepperoni and the extra toppings I added. No marinara sauce and no meatballs. Sandwich is dry and the bread is like a rock

Good service and pretty good subs, they ran out of mayo and the cashier went and got some mayo packets and opened them and put them on for me, he went above what he had to do for me.thank you.
It's now where I go when I need a quick dinner. They quickly provide fresh sandwiches and are clean and welcoming. The manager "D" is an added advantage because he provides the personal touch that is lacking in other franchise operations and is attentive and friendly.

Usually the sandwiches are good come up but today the bread was stale and they didn't make my sub the way I asked for it.
Super angry and sure would like to be contacted by the manager of the store, it is Thursday evening at 9: 15 PM, we placed an order for 5 subs that we called in, because the app would not allow us to place the order while using coupons, the lady took the entire order and read each sub back and then left to go home and didn't bother to tell the gentleman that stayed there what the order was or he just didn't feel like making it! We waited the 30 minutes as asked, got to the store and the man that was there said he didn't know anything at all, when I finally got him to answer the phone after he was allowing to go to voicemail over and over he said that she took the order but didn't tell him, what thr heck!? !?
I'm sitting in this Subway, waiting for a order, a very simple two BLT sandwich order. It was supposed to be ready at 2: 20pm. It is now 3: 05pm; I am at the location and the sandwiches are still NOT ready.
I am getting nothing but a terrible attitude from both of the employees behind the counter. I have had to as for the sandwiches THREE TIMES since I have been here, and they have only just started making them.

Very friendly, clean and organized. Food prepared in front of you. All the food looked fresh and subs were very good.

Well kept store and nice efficient employees. It also is one of the few subway stores that offer the veggie patty the fifth star in my rating
I love the food. BUT.so disappointed in the portion size. I ordered double meat PLUS capicola. This is a $12 sandwich. Look at the meat/bread ratio. I don't mind paying extra. I realize the cost of things is outrageous. But when I pay for it, give it to me! I also tried to use the 15% off footlong promo. It wouldn't take it. UPDATE: I wanted to give them another chance, so I ordered this sandwich again on 4-4-22. They nailed it! Delicious sandwich with the ingredients that I ordered. 2 stars went to 5 stars!
Just called and asked if the store was open, was told "yes open until 11pm". When I got there at 8: 30pm the doors were locked and the sandwich makers still back there making food. Horrible customer service to lie to someone like that.
Subs always good but oven still broken to toast subs. Has been almost 2 weeks. No excuse. I think because this store isn't high producing, the owner is intentionally letting this one's sales drop so he can close the store. He owns more than 1 Subway and gives all of the attention to the other store. Corporate wouldn't like this for their franchisee.
I came in today having trouble ordering online and I was very frustrated. Josh went above and beyond to remedy the situation and I left as a happy customer:)
Sorry service and quality. Waited a hour for grubhub and store is 1.3 miles away. Ordered a hot sandwich, bread miserably soggy and sandwiched was wedge in bag between two cold sodas. Soggy cold hot steak and cheeze
