Subway, Ruskin FL

Went to location for lunch, I was standing there for 5 mins before I was told I need to order online? I said I would like to order now, her response was I am busy making online orders.so I started placing my order on my phone then saw a few bugs on the ground, I started looking around and seen how dirty the place was so I walked out. Date was 4/06/23 1pm

NOPE. NOPE. NEVER. Little boy with black hair was the MOST disrespectful service worker I’ve EVER encountered. Made my 2 subs wrong (with stuff I EXCLUDED that I’m allergic to) then when I asked for them to be remade- threw everything down and sloppily made the sandwiches and argued with me back and forth to the point of a screaming match. Too worried about his tiktok music over the speakers while he works “alone” with a friend behind the counter. Spent a total of 30 minutes waiting when my subs were supposed to be done in ten. You can’t kill these little kids with kindness. They’re just stupid.

Whoever owns this subway really needs a reality check! You have people ordering online and ordering in the restaurant and only 1 worker!? That's absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a sub 30 mins ago and it's still not done!

Not a good experience! Ordered online an hour ago and small meal is Not ready. Keep the money. I'm done with this store.

Flat, dry sandwich. Had a nightmare a few months ago with mistaken hours online. They close at 10pm fyi. Charged me and could not refund next day and no food. Before that I had ordered my usual steak sandwich and they were out of steak not getting it for about a week and didn't tell me until I arrived and offered chicken alternatives. Tried them again today and the sandwich was okay but very dry and very flat. I paid for extra cheese that's not happening. Their parking space for curbside pickup was being used by the store next door so I had to sit in handicap which I hate doing for 10 minutes no one brought the food out I had to go in and ask for it and they said they had to cook some meatballs unexpectedly for my second sandwich. I guess we should be happy there's people showing up to work at Subway right now with our economy but I wish it was better at this store.

Love subway but not this one. The slowest service, dirtiest tables. 3 employees only saw 2 working SLOWLY. 3 sandwiches in front of us and waited 20min.to place order. No sense of urgency or a care.

Waited 20 mins for a pick up order and no one said anything to me. I thought the whole point of ordering online was to skip the wait.

This particular store voided two of my orders without calling to offer explanation. When you try to call the store, they NEVER answer.
They are always out of the barest minimum of ingredients and bread stale. This is unfortunately the only delivery subway near me.

Manager and Employees add extra tips to credit cards without telling you. I went in and tried to ask why there was an extra charge on my card & they told me I did it… I use the new tap feature with my card so most of you know it doesn’t need to touch the device to pay. Shady business here I would check your receipt before leaving!

Simply trash! 2 employees, literally holding up the restaurant. They have the door locked, customers standing outside! To pick up food orders…the female employee with tattoos on her arms (it’s not about the tattoos, just describing who she is) sticks her arm outside the door and practically throws the food at you. To then have her say ”do you have a problem “ …yes as a matter of fact, we (including the other 4 ppl standing outside who have placed online orders) do have a huge problem…. And to whom ever owns this establishment, DO way better! I understand the whole world is short staffed BUT these ppl are disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself!

Ordered through the app 2 subs. (One with chicken, one with philly cheesesteak). Go in to pick it up. They have NEITHER chicken OR cheesesteak. Had to inconvenience myself 15 minutes while I wait for a refund and leave with neither sandwich I ordered.

The raspberry cheesecake cookie is absolutely amazing the bread on the sandwich was tough and hard to chew I thought that the bread was supposed to be fresh not here though disappointed

The people who were making the sandwiches they were so nice I got my sandwich just the way I wanted it I will return to this Subway again.

I placed an online order, walked in to pick it up, and they did not have chicken or steak -which was pretty much my entire order. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to figure out how to do a refund, and ended up getting no food. I was going to order a drink but they were out of ice too, and I'm not drinking a warm drink. It's a shame: (

Went to subway for dinner, checked what time they closed— 10pm. Drove up, tried to open the door, but it was locked. It was only 9pm? I guess they close later then what they said. Workers weren't doing anything except for standing around when I looked too.

I like going to Subway when I feel like I haven't had enough veggies. I can get a hoagie with a salad in it. Subway is great for that. The lady behind the counter was funny, and she accomodated my strange request; I wanted a Spicy Italian but with half the meat on the side (ngl I was making a pizza later and was going to add that meat to it). She did it and even wrapped the extra pepperoni and salami in one of those waxed paper cookie packages. Thanks, lady! 10/10 would recommend.
