I've been to many Subways but i definitely won't ever go back to this one. This shouldn't even get one star. There should be negative 100 stars. Horrendous experience indeed.
I used to work here, and I can assure the owner and management do everything in their hands to keep all perfect (meal portions, keeping the premises clean, even the perfect look on the sandwich, trying not to break your bread by making the perfect cut, oh arranging the vegetables so that they take up all the bread). Lest be honest how many subway are there in Miami like this one? They deserve all 5 stars. As a customer when someone wants subway this is the place.
Fair price. Friendly service. Food was made how I ordered it and I got what I expected. Bathroom requires code to enter, staff gave it to me upon inquiry. Comfortable dining atmosphere. Air conditioning was on point!:)

I am here 9: 47 pm and the employee from inside say something different (we are closed)
This business need update the closing time, I come here 9: 50 and they are closed (door is open, the employee are inside, light on but for some reason they are closed 9: 47 pm)
Fast service and clean restaurant. Employee changed his gloves for every customer, I impressed
Favorite subway franchise location.been going for years.we know about the subs.but here the service is the best.
To offer this "cheese" better said $1 upcharge and sell real amount of cheese. That's a joke. Ahh if want extra cheese is $3 upcharge. Everything else is good. This restaurant is always clean.
Thought the line was long and it was going to take me forever to get through, but nope. They brought more hands on immediately and got me to the cashier in no time. Nicely done!
I love this subway. They could do better with the wait in line. But I truly understand. "the employees here have alot of patience with certain customer. I've been a witness to do this plenty of times
Really bad when it comes to online orders they take forever to recieve the order and even do it, once they recieved my order my uber eats driver got there and they had to wait an additional 15min to make a sub and it wasnt even rush hour it was at 830 at night.
