Subway, Key West FL

Food is always fresh and good! Service is always the same, the ladies never smile or make you feel welcome. But we are used to it and still go there for lunch all the time.

Good help is hard to find do I need to say more I took the time to fill out a survey which I was promised to cookies for after sparring with the employees for over 5 minutes over the free cookies I gave in and cut my losses definitely poor marketing skills at this Subway

7: 10 p.m. On a Wednesday, dinner hour, and restrooms are barricaded no place to wash my hands after enjoying a day walking around.
Do the employees have a place to wash their hands?

Went in, place was open, would not allow my child to use the bathroom because they started closing the store down earlier than closing and didn’t want us to mess up the clean bathroom. Was disappointing.

The restaurant had many people in there and closing around customers and limiting their access is poor service.

New menu food very pricey. Food was good. Staff friendly, but a little preoccupied, repeating questions and had very thick, hard to understand accents.

Ordered online 3 subs, all the same no veggies, extra honey mustard. How can you mess this up? 2 were made correctly one was loaded down with mayo. Disgusting. Tried to call multiple times as we didn't have time to turn around right then and no answer of course. The staff always seems to be bothered when you come in and doesn't understand you or you can't understand them. Won't be back.

Came in at 9: 40 before close lady that from Uzbekistan and little kid also Uzbekistan were rude and didn't want to make 1 quick sandwich had ask them 3 times nicely super rude never coming back

Doesn't speak English. They were charging $99 on uber eats (on accident) for avocado. I had to (politely) repeat myself about 8-12 times until I just said I'm going to get Jersey Mike's. She kept telling me to come in or order the 'smashed avacado' instead of 'sliced' but she didn't understand that that wasn't an option. I can't come in because my car was totaled in the Hurricane and had to order online delivery. I asked if she could just add it and I'll pay on my card over the phone and she didn't understand. I love that there is a Subway in town, and can appreciate speaking multiple languages, but it's always a task to explain any order every time I go in. Would love if they hired some high school kids or something that spoke English and could work for $15 an hour and get skills or something, but I think it's Russian owned and they only allow family to work there. Haven't been so frustrated. Hopefully they can update their app and make some money. No options for extra lettuce, tomato etc either on app.

Very clean location as well, thanks to the ladies that do not sit around like in other restaurants, but clean and clean!

Went in and ordered dinner for my family, the girl who took my order was very rude, I ordered a kids meal for my son which I didn’t get and I also ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and told them I wanted it how it was made the lady kept asking me what I wanted on it and I couldn’t remember what it normally comes with and there were people behind me and didn’t want to hold the line so I just quickly just said a few items

Thanks to the women who work for you.always smiling, friendly and attentive to requests.but not for everyone, you have a young ethnic from kazakhstan worker, she is rude, selfish and does not understand the kitchen at all.remove it completely to keep customers.

This is the best Subway I've ever been to. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was fresh!
