Subway added a couple of subs to the menu and the only thing different about them is the name. Nothing has changed.
Ordered our food online went and picked up 35$ worth of subs for none of them to be toasted an the bread was completely soaked, paid extra for a melt didn't even receive a melt. They did the same thing two days ago. Will not be going here again!
Have gone many times to find that they are closed hours earlier than their posted business hours.
I used to work there and at first it was okay but everything was done wrong or not properly. No communication or respect wouldn't recommend eating there. From being behind the counter it's not good.
Despite ordering 2subs several times since moving to Citra. The order wes never correct. I order online each time and customized 2 subs order each time.
Never have they correctly Myles the 2subs. Sad they cannot follow simple written directions. I’m not one to complain much but the owner needs to know this.

So ordered 2 foot long subs. Tuna and Turkey. Usually Great but today. Submaker Toni had an attitude and the lettuce was brown. I asked for fresher lettuce and she says thats all they have. So they are selling bad lettuce and then while she is making my sub. Some of it fell on the dirty counter. Condiments mess on it. She picked up the olives off the dirty counter and put it on my sub.when I asked her to take that off my sub she had attitude and picked up the olibes and threw then off my sub. Inhad a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Whi ever owns this store you need better employees. Attitude is NOT GREAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS.
Went in on my lunch break (30 mins) worker saw me and continued to chat with her friend, finally goes behind the counter and grabs gloves. Then takes her phone out and shows her friend some pics. Friend even commented that I was waiting and worker blatantly ignored me. After wasting half my lunch break I left with nothing. Horrible customer service
Always slow always flies and always rude. If I could do zero I would. I won't even stop at the gas station side either.
One person, no mask, flies on the food and a young lady with attitude when ask to remove the food.

Definitely needs more help.
Actually I didn't go to this subway because of the bad reviews.
Always check reviews before spending your hard earned money. If a number of people have the same bad comment, it's probably bad. Take your dollars elsewhere. I did.
None of your sandwich makers had a mask on. I have to assume your sandwiches have the potential of being infectious! If they don’t have the sense to wear a mask, highly unlikely they wash their hands.
This is a good Subway, but since all the Covid rules and regulations, they don't wear masks. As a food service, they are supposed to wear masks. We haven't eaten there since.

They should have two people at each location when doing promotions. Like two subs for 10 bucks.
This location only has one person and alot of people are showing up at the same time.
Just seems like its alot of work for one person.
