Subway, Pensacola FL

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Employee did not allow my 17 year old son to even pick his toppings. I ordered a veggie and received smart Alec remarks about how many toppings I wanted. Will not be back!

This is the best subway in Pensacola. The food always tastes better than other locations and the store is very clean. Staff is always friendly and I’ve been coming here for years. Highly recommend

My granddaughter and I stopped here to grab a quick bite. We like their subs, normally. It was not really busy but they seemed to be in too much of a hurry. Sandwichs were just thrown together and not to the standards of other subways we have used. Hope they slow down and take the time to make the quality subs we usually get. My 14 year old grand was very disappointed in this site's service and I had to agree. We will stick to the Subway in Lillian when she visits me from Mississippi. Servers slow down. Make eye contact and put product on bread like you care.

Very quick service, was hesitant with such a over abundance of people at lunchtime but we were all ordered and sitting down within 5 min and there was at least 15 people ahead of us.

Clean and the food was really good. The service was great. Everyone greeted me as I walk in.

There was a lady and she was being very rude and laughed at us and yelled and we did nothing and it wasn’t crowded at all

Always happy with the service and quality of food here, and its Subway! We drive around a lot for work and hit up a lot of places, always awesome to have a place to eat where things are consistent.

Love the service, food is good, convenient to my home. With that said, showing up an hour before close to hear “we are out of meatballs” for the third time tonight is really getting old! There is no good time to “86” a menu item, but this seams to be standard practice at this location.
