Subway, Sebring FL

What the heck - I order from Subway all of the time, at least 2-3 times a month - first time at this location - I rely on their consistency. I could not believe how "messy" and disappointed I was when I opened the 3 subs I bought - inconsistent - too much mayo - terrible cuts - definitely not "subway" standard - won't be going there again: (

The staff acted like they was in a spaced out zone an ask you ahhh what kind of sandwich is it you ordered as they was the one who made it not even 3 minutes ago an ask me twice before ringing it up eyes are red and glazed nope last time I'll ever go there

Staff do not seem to care about their job at all and are rude through the whole ordering process. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for Subs.

2 people working 3.30pm on friday jan 6th 2023.let me tell you.she worked her butt off and knew her job precisely and the young man cashiering me out even under a lot of customers said ty for your patience. I'd definitely stop again!

Food is bad and the lady’s are mean at this place the lady at the front made me basically scream at her to get her to soo being so snippy.go to the subway down the road near Wawa.

Subs are two expensive now. I would get two subs with double meat per week before price increase. Now I may buy two subs with double meat every two months.

Had a coupon buy one get one and the cashier and manager said no because that kind of sandwhich wasn’t allowed. Tried to charge my grandson $30 for 2 sandwiches. Then fixed it to 20 without the coupon. It’s always been the most expensive sandwich is the price. I go here all the time because the girls were nice. This place changed and lost my business.

Commercial food is commercial food. I must say, it's been a while, since I had come back to this location. They have changed how it looks, however, what make the difference? Is the individuals behind the counter who are providing customer service, Subway should honestly feel blessed to have Mike behind the counter. Mike is definitely last of the Mohigans when it comes to Hospitality, Great service, Great attitude, Great knowledge. One can only hope, that they recognize how valuable he is. Thank you again Mike, your a Gentleman at the busiest time of day, to when your wrapping up to go home for the evening.

Had a coupon and they didn’t honor it. Smiled rudely and said that kind of sand which wasn’t included. Lost a regular.

If I could give this place a zero I would. This used to be my favorite Subway in Sebring, that was about a year ago. You walk in now and nobody smiles they do not greet you. Sandwiches are just thrown together sloppily and it's not very clean at all. Food all over serving areas. The manager and a employee named Cally have the worst attitudes and are just rude everytime they open their mouth. Night shift is definitely on some kind of drugs and doing them in the bathroom, I could smell chemicals and there was clouds of smoke as I was trying to use the restroom. Just all around horrible experience everytime. Do better.

Ordered meatball subs through door dash. The dasher called to let me know they were out of meatballs so I changed the order to steak and cheese. They wiped the marina off and threw steak on. It was nasty to say the least. Do better.

This is the best subway in Sebring in my opinion. When you say extra meat they really give extra

I thought it might be difficult to downsize a footlong in these times of inflation. Boy was I wrong! They are slicing the meat so thin you can see right through it! I'm not exaggerating. I had difficulty tasting the meat on the sandwich. Fortunately there are plenty of other sandwich shops in the area that are not willing to compromise. I wont be going to subway anymore!

I love Subway the young man here kept his composure even though it was very busy and he was the only one there. He was very nice and gave us his complete attention
