Subway, Orlando FL

I was really impressed with the overall look inside this store, since I haven't been in a subway since 2020 (COVID). But I dare to go and dine in and the most I was impressed was the freshness and quality of my sub. I took the time to tell them the good job they make.

Took their phone off the hook so they didn't have to take our order. We were paying cash, I'm 81 years old, no smart phone. Workers laughed at me when I asked how to call customer service then said, "I don't know how and I don't care". Very rude and lazy girls working. They both even looked slovenly. We decided to go somewhere else.

This review is long over due. I came here about 7 months ago maybe longer and the staff was so nice. I ordered a very unusual sub recommended by the manager at the time and boy was it good.thank you so much subway

They should be ashamed. My two subs had no meat or cheese on it. Not. Paying for bread basically.

DO NOT COME HERE! Whoever was working at 10pm Wednesday 1-18-2023 was extremely rude. They had all the doors locked and were only letting online orders in. Even though it was a FULL HOUR before closing. I could have made an online order but I was paying with CASH. Which the app doesn't have an option for. Then as I was leaving the man working the counter let his FRIEND in and made him a sandwich right there with no online order. That's completely unfair. I'm pregnant and just got off work and all I wanted was a sandwich. This is the 3rd time I've pulled up this week and the same thing has happened. They should just shut down this location atp.

As usual, kids with no work ethics. Ordered 3 sandwiches at 10,1 hour before closing, and no white bread cooked. LAZY! And when you want to keep one door locked. Make a little sign “us the other door”, made me think they were closed.

This is the best Subway in town, been coming here for years. The employees are great, quick and clean. Come here and no where else.

Love my breakfast? Tasty and typical prices. Sandwich was made just the way I asked for it. Sandwich artist was pleasant and friendly.

The bread and the rest of the products at this subway are better then the other ones I have been to, keep up the great work

The employee was extremely friendly and he listened to what I wanted on my Sandwich and got everything perfect! The place is very clean.

Missing items! And I used your app thinking it would be more effective.but wait there is more the girl I talked when I called the location didn't even bother in saying sorry and basically the only thing we can do for you is either pick up the cash for refund or we will place your name for next time when you come, not even a simple sorry we apologize nothing, just terrible.

Always fantastic service and very polite! Place is clean and great food. They have never treated me wrong.

Meatball sub was so so and very expensive for what you got. The store was out of chips. Sub at Publix is a better deal.

Great experience! When I say their clean enough for you to eat in their bathroom! CLEAN! Listen all I got from here was 3 Macadamia cookies wow. Super nice and clean place!

This is my new go-to sandwich place every Thursday and the night manager Chris is awesome.

Great but not when order online. Quality of the food is mostly fresh but some of the sub artisans burn the subs. Mostly all of them are very kind and cool to deal with.

I have been ordering salads through the app regularly from here and most times they mess up my order. It's super annoying that they can't read simple instructions. They forget to put some toppings sometimes or when I ask something on the side they don't read the instructions. I have had my order mess up majority of the time. I would recommend don't order online.

Was busy due to online orders being made so I had to wait 5-10 min to order. Food was good and service was friendly.
