Subway, Deerfield Beach FL

The store was the worst SUBWAY I've ever been to. I waited a while for someone to respond to me, and the guy who claimed to be the only owner was enjoying his soda right next to me. He even asked me what I was doing. Come on, am I supposed to buy toilet paper from you?

Worst Subway we've ever been to. The man working could not remember what he was told. We couldn't understand what he was saying and visa versa. We had a hard time finding the meat in the steak and cheese or the turkey club.

Welll. I went to Subway at 8pm on a Tuesday. (They close at 9pm) and the open sign was on. We went inside and all food items were covered. There was one person that was working and she stepped from the back and said there was an issue with the cash register and to come back in 30 min. I could be wrong but didn't seem genuine. The impression I got was it was very slow and she closed up early.

Have gone in person and through DoorDash and never had issues some times busy but at least the product is decent.

I get lunch here almost every week. Staff is friendly and food is usually on time and prompt

Meatball sub is divine but the chips were stale and the bag was marked September 22nd which is a couple of months away I never complained I should have let them know

The employees here are always so nice, especially the girl working tonight I wish I got her name but it’s 07/12/22 at night and the girl working was so nice, quick and made a great sub:)

They only have 1 person servicing and the cookies are not fresh. I think its possible they just leave the cookies there until it's sold.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience with a man who attends that site There were some girls who spoke little English, perhaps tourists, but they tried to ask for their order, as the dispatcher did not understand, I tried to help them, but he had a terrible attitude, little patience, questioning what they wanted to eat and he would not even let me help them because Mr.stressed makes tsn prestigious store look very bad

I go to this subway at least twice a week. And the man in charge there treats terrible the girls that work there in front of costumers. I’ve witnessed many times him being very mean to them For no reason that’s very uncomfortable for us costumers.
Service it’s ok but being there and see how he treats these girls is uncomfortable for them as it is for me that I’ve seen this happened many times. The guy has no management knowledge or training whatsoever.

Poor customer service, slow and impolite. Manager touching food without gloves. Never going back there.

This is usually my favorite location. Today the kid behind the counter wanted to be a funny guy. Everything I requested he joked with “ we are out “ or “ we don’t sell that today “ he was serious when he said they were out of guacamole and black pepper and I declined service any longer. I am fun with a sense of humor but it was way overboard and unprofessional. The main reason I no longer wanted my sandwich was because all the veggies looked old and the lettuce was brown. I’m more disappointed in the fact that this is usually again one of the best locations.

Paid almost $30 for 3 subways. 2 of them didn’t had any bacon which I order the chicken and BANCON ranch, the 3 subways had things I didn’t order on them or they didn’t had the stuff I order! Waste of money!

Today we had a very bad experience in this SUBWAY, I ordered a chicken teriyaki BWl and the spinach is very bad and some rotten leaves, then my wife asked for a tuna sandwich and in a bad way the employee put the tuna on her which by the way was very little It looked like butter and again the spinach was very bad and rotten, very bad customer service and bad service, I will not return to this place again

Went to this Subway yesterday whole wheat bread was stale and went back today no FRESH BREAD! Spoke to manager Alex not friendly at all hung up on me. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY TERRIBLE SUBS AND THE BUSINESS LINE IS DISCONNECTED! MUST
BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! HORRIBLE SUBWAY NO FRESH BREAD MADE THE SAME DAY!

They cannot read a online order. I did not get what I ordered online and there is no way to contact them to advise them of there error. Now I have a sub that I can't eat and have paid for, with no way to get my money back.

Horrible. Ordered 4 subs. Every single one of them was wrong. Bread was not chewable it was so stale. The bacon on all subs was not even cooked. Virtually no meat. Fire these employees.

My wife and me and my brother order the subs once a week and sometimes 3 times a week-my wife and i use a walker and are seniors-today at 12.20 and the door was locked-they would not open the door, there was 2 little kids and 2 adults in there and they said wait 10 minutes-my wife is out there with a walker in 85 degree heat and sun-they could have said come in the ac and wait-but no -terrible way to treat any customer-especially at lunch time-never again -will tell as many people as possible to STAYAWAY-
