Subway, Haines City FL

Unfortunately, after multiple attempts at ordering from this restaurant we received the same “quality” of service as 2 other experiences.
Incorrect food, rude employees/management.
We will not be patronizing this establishment location again.

I placed an online order during my lunch. I arrived at the designated time and they had not even started my order. The whole reason to order online was to save time on my lunch. Instead, i get the excuse that my order just came through. So it takes 25 minutes for an online order to process? So really what happened is they let it sit or forgot about it. It took another 15 minutes for them to make it as i am now waiting in the regular order line. If i could take my frickin tip back I would!

Super rude employee, I went today at 8pm the store said they close at 11pm, but the employee yelled at me and my kids you guys can’t eat in the restaurant.

Made an online order and waited 15 minutes before I went to get it, but was instead greeted with two not so friendly workers (both were females) complaining loudly for the whole store to hear about online orders and my subs weren't ready yet. I ended up waiting 10+ minutes more for them to be finished.

Les doy esta calificación ya que es la tercera vez que me pasa, vengo son las 7pm y tiene la puerta cerrada y el lugar dice que cierran a las 11pm y las chicas me vieron en la puerta y no quisieron atenderme. Si siguen así van a perder ventas y no habla muy bien sobre su servicio hacia el cliente. ESpero que arreglen esto. Hubo mas personas que llegaron y ellas hicieron lo mismo.

I give them this rating because it's the third time it's happened to me, I come at 7pm and the door is closed and the place says they close at 11pm and the girls saw me at the door and didn't want to attend me. If they continue like this they will lose sales and it does not speak very well about their service towards the client.i hope they fix this, there were more people who arrived and they did the same, they did not open.

All the employees are super rude, always have an attitude and they always running outta something, especially bread.

My 2nd experience was just as awful as my first. Very rude employees and the service is unreasonably slow and sloppy. I will not be going back to this location.

First let me just say that Subway is a great franchise. I live the healthy veggies and it's a great value for my large family.now, as far as this store: Wait time is excessive but it is what it is. Other subways in town are just as slow. Flies in the store are annoying but there's constant traffic from Circle K next door-is usually busy too. Staff could improve on customer service. And soda machine syrups are usually messed up so I don't bother getting drinks or chips.

I went to this location and the one employee was highly unqualified to do this job. He was nice enough but he wasn't organized and it took over twenty mins to get from start to finish of making a sandwich. His coworker didn't want to help him at all even after him asking multiple times. She was annoyed at him for asking her to work. The sandwiches were awful and had almost no toppings. The toppings that were on the sandwich weren't spread out evenly. There was a homeless person living in front of the door to the store which makes entering the store intimidating. Will never return.

I think her name is Debbie she is blonde a little older anyways she is very rude especially how she treats her employees and customers very rude attitude not good at all

2 employees only… waited almost 30 minutes to make my sandwich. Both girls one white one black have dog face! Worst customer ever! Don’t stop by this subway

I order through Uber eats and it was an awful experience. They messed up my order and also there was barely any meat. I regularly order subway from other locations but their subs were just awful. The tomatoes in the subs was just old and turned grey at spots. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I go to Subway 4 times a week at least, I love subway but every time I have gone to this Subway it has been the most terrible experience you could think of.every employee has such a smug attitude and is not friendly whatsoever, they are always out of multiple things such as lids for the cups, vegetables and different sodas. I recommend subway just not this location because it is a God awful experience for anyone

Clean your bathroom omg nasty also tabls are never wiped down. Dirty restaurant just dirty. To think of how things are cleaned in the food prep area.

Very unsatisfied, the lady that took my order was having a bad attitude, and was looking a me so bad after that, I just ask for two cookies and they weren’t even ready, they were not cook.

Customer Service horrible by “Karen” she always has an attitude, always out of something don’t go here

3 people working waited 30 minutes in line. After order was taken food sat on countet while 2 worked on same order. No thank you

I was in the store and it was not clean, gnats are flying all over the food and there was a line which I'm fine with waiting but instead of just dealing with the first person in line working their way down knowing they have a gnat problem they continue to start making more sandwiches and start working on those instead of finishing the first one in line I'm standing there watching gnats fly on my sandwich while they're working with the person behind me. By the time I got out of there they were making eight sandwiches at the same time knowing that all of them are having nets all over them

Clean, and friendly service, was pleasant, the lady working the order and prep was outstanding and personable.felt welcomed.
