Subway, Wildwood FL

I don't know how the food or service is because it was closed @ 7: 30 when the sign says 9.

We waited at the counter for 5 min and the gas station attendant had to go get subway employee. She did not greet us and was rude. She acted put out when we'd ask her questions about menu items. She also refused to give me a water cup.

Food was good. But customer service sucked. I asked Carrie today 3 times how she was before ordering for her to respond like a robot asking for my order. I even said "I just asked you 3 times how your were like a person" her response was "hi can I take your order" with a smart mouth accent. At this point I ignored her issues and got my food. Hope she learns better manners.

Went in to get a sandwich, stood there and 2 women behind the counter talking finally 1 lady acknowledged me and was very rude, WE'RE NOT OPEN.
No I'm sorry ma'am but at the present we aren't open. Just WE'RE NOT OPEN.
Rude!

They closed at 800pm, so my truck driver self couldn't get something marginally healthy after every other restaurant in the area refused to serve me, as their dining rooms were closed when I went by at 815pm.

Sandwich wasnt made right. He was talking to another worker while he made it AND he over charged and blamed it on the extra cheese. Never again will I go to THIS subway.

Closed at 9PM. Didn't bother to post hours or update their own Google listing, which called out 11PM. Just submitted my own update.

Got to the counter at 9: 03 (according to the Sandwich Artist), everything is still ready for sandwich prep, and "nope, can't make you a veggie cheese".

Oh, and Popeye's, the only remaining option, was out of a list of food with a line waiting and 40 minutes to go. The lass at the counter was at least pleasantly sympathetic about it.

I likely would be less grumpy about this if I hadn't been driving fifteen hours, with three to go.

Subway seriously needs to train their employees on sanitation practices. This is especially so when you are working with fresh food! This employee was about to serve me with gloves that flies had been landing on and while fixing my sandwich dropped the Mayo bottle on the floor and picked it up with the same gloves that he was preparing my sandwich with. Sometimes you have to think when doing your job.

Take your business elsewhere. Nothing more frustrating than having someone tell you they're closed while they are taking orders for other guests.

Really understaffed took 30 mins to even get my food. We had to clean a table to even sit down. The food was delicious. They work one lady like a dog it crazy

I've been going in this place for 20 years. Very good people. But how ever they must have a hard time keeping it clean. Maybe they are under staffed. Bathroom are most likely a wreck. And tables in the food court must never get wiped down till the end of the day. So I always eat in my truck.

Had two fabulous sandwiches, however, was disappointed that I could not get double meat on the Brisket sandwich even though I offered to pay for it. I was told they didn't have that option. The guy making the sandwiches was awesome and only repeating what he was told. That said it was a great experience.

Every table in the place was filthy and the food at Popeye's was not very good warm not warm and old

Customer service was awful from the 2 ladies working today. One looked like she was just there long enough to go buy another bag of meth. More expensive than other subways.

Wonderful visit had the meatball sub and it was amazing as ever especially nice when on a work week lunch budget.:)
