The most horrible manager ever, she’s extremely unprofessional and rude, I order two Philly steak sandwich with double everything the send out two regulars nothing double, I call the Restaurant the manager told me to call door dash because was there problem and hangs up the phone, I call back and she continue hanging the phone on me, I drove to the restaurant and bring the sandwich back her response was to leave the restaurant and don’t come back or she will call the police, that’s not subway standard customer service, I wish to someone from subway read it and do something about it, thanks

Walked in and there was what appaeared to be a homeless lady and her pet cat sleeping on the bench, which i actually didnt mind all that much but was a sign of things to come. The two women working didnt appear to speak English or even have a grasp of the menu. Ordered a chicken teriyaki sub, toasted. The bread came out nice and crispy but unfortunately the chicken was warmed at all beforehand, so it was essentially ice cold. Had to ask for a bag to carry my footlong, chips, and a drink and the woman working couldn't understand the word bag. Fortunately I was able to mime what a bag is. Both women had long hair and neither of them were wearing hair nets. Bad experience, won't return.

The kid making the sandwiches clearly didn't care to make a sandwich that he would eat double toasted one of the subs by accident forgot to put cheese on another My Philly cheese steak sandwich was cold

One employee making orders non stop. I had a door dash and she had to make 3 orders before it and had people waiting in line

The lady that works there does not speak English but man! Best Subway sandwishes ever!

Dont get me wrong, she understands everything and can communicate well. Dont let it stop you.

First of all let me say I will never return back to this Subway again. Me and my daughter and grandbaby go to go in the front door the door handle spins around and cuts my arm. Mind you this is after we've been calling outside the restaurant to make a phone order. Because online wouldn't let me do a online order. I didn't want to go and bring the baby out of the car he was sleeping. We go in waiting in line to make our order and we look over and there are flies climbing all over the food including the bread that she took out and put on the table and walked away from to ring somebody else out while wearing the same pair of gloves she walked to answer the phone finally. Ring the person out in front of me with the same gloves turned around and asked what I want I said nothing and told her about her bad service. The bugs, my cut and walked out. The people behind me did the same nasty nasty dont go here.

That mess up every time. Say hive you refund and don't. We've tried many times give this place a chance. No more
