Amanda was super sweet, she helped me order for I am not good in English. She even knows some Spanish to help me.

Had a tuna sandwich, and it was fishy and taste horrible, I called and spoke to the manager and basically she told me too bad, because a tuna was made fresh this morning. I will never go there again. Bad food, and bad customer service.

It was very busy for lunch but the 2 girls working got me in and out so quick. We appreciate quick service when we only get a small break.

The lady working was very rude and billiteling to me from the second I walked in the store, the first interaction made me want to walk out straight away, I dont understand how someone could be so rude to a new customer.

Mrs. Amanda has very bad service, I am Latino and I felt discriminated against, she did not understand me while I was placing my order, then she had a face with discriminatory gestures. I would never go back to this store. They should put friendly people to serve customers.she was very disrespectful. She provides lousy service, creates a very bad image for the store.

Went in today unsure if I would like the tuna, was helped out by a gentleman named Aric, he explained his favorite tuna sandwich and helped me decide how I wanted to make mine with a positive attitude and a smile on his face, Good job Aric! And thank you!

Customer be aware the energy & the rudeness at this particular subway on racetrack road is horrible! No hello how you when you walk in & it’s not just that! You will see when you go! I have never had such rude subway employees in my life of 45 years of going to subway!

I order the worker got it wrong and I mentioned it to her she didn't even open the sandwich to double check when I was leaving I opened sandwich to make sure it was correct and it was wrong she just picked off the items that wasn't supposed to be on the sandwich and then put the other items on it that I asked on didn't even made a new one. This place needs to return their workers and do better

A tuna sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise, I've always referred to it as a tuna salad sandwich, I tried to order one from here and the employee behind the counter looked confused thinking I was asking for an actual tuna salad in a bowl, she looked annoyed and literally took a minute to explain the differences between the sandwich and the salad, when she just couldn't easily have asked If I wanted lettuce in my sandwich.making things worse, when it came to the toppings, I felt I wasn't already clear, I once again said salad, in reality try to say lettuce so when I corrected myself she seemed to aggressively grab a handful of lettuce and place it in my sandwich before I paid and left. This was the 2nd time in 3 years that I've been to that particular restaurant when the previous time there was an employee with such a nasty attitude. Now I have 2 reasons never to go there again

Literally the worst customer service I have ever had. Both times i have been here, the girls behind the counter have been rude and lack basic customer service skills. I will never spend money at this location again.

I ordered delivery to work. If I would have had time I'd have driven over to bring it back. I get extra lettuce on my sandwich because it is the only veggie I add. The few pieces put on it was not "more". I asked for "less" sauce but got more sauce. I guess someone confused the 2 so I got an overly saucy sandwich with barely any lettuce.

BEST subway i’ve been to in a long time. The service and speed was amazing! Everything tasted very fresh and delicious! Will 100% be a repeat customer

Worst subway ever, oven doesn’t work, lady making subs has really bad attitude, don’t even bother coming to this place
