Subway, Madison FL

Sandwich was barely wrapped, pulled it out of the bag & it literally dumped all over my car.

Very poor customer service…
They had 20 people in line and only one girl was taking order and prepare the sandwiches
The other two doing nothing…

10 stars for Trevor and Jonathan they were amazing employees gave awesome sandwiches made fresh and delicious very courteous and delightful customer service ty both you guys are amazing

Pretty good, although the line and tables were in an odd spot, but I suppose there's nothing you can do about that

Very, very rude lady at the counter, closed the store down at 7: 45, and said I couldn’t order anything, despite the hours being posted at 10 pm. Very rude, will not come back.

Walked up to the counter at 7: 53pm for the Subway employee to tell me they were closed, they are supposed to close at 8pm. Meanwhile, they were making themselves subs. I think every other time I’ve been to a subway, I ordered, paid and left before 7 minutes was up. Subway lost out on a sale due to employee laziness.

Arrived at 10am. Waited 5 mins for an employee to come out from the back to make my food. As soon as he grabbed my bread he said “sir you do know we take tips right” which is very unprofessional IMO. I got a cup for soda. The machine was not even on and did not have the nozzles on. I had togo to Wendy’s to get soda. As a previous subway manager, this was a horrible experience & you need better employees to open this store or train them better.

Gentleman behind counter shorted the count of scoops for double meat footlong. When confronted about it he threw away my sandwich and said that he won't serve me. I order 3 sandwiches. He through them all out.
Horrible service and rude.

Ate here for lunch on our way to Orlando and food and service were good as always. My son accidentally threw away his retainer with a napkin and the employees went above and beyond to help. They went to the dumpster in back and dug until they found my son's retainer. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile!

I give 1 star because I have not choice to give them non. Worst subway and Wendy's they have not education and they are the worst with customers. The place back there is gross.

Went in and there’s only one person behind the counter. Lady in front of us had several sandwiches. We didn’t mind waiting but while the ONE employee was trying to finish up the lady in front of us TWO other employees walked by and just proceeded to go to the back. Looked right at us while we were waiting and didn’t even acknowledge us or offer to help to employee that was working alone. After we ordered she rung us up with her gloves on touching the money and all then proceeded to go make other customers sandwiches with the same nasty gloves that she was touching money with. PLEASE retrain your employees on being sanitary before someone gets sick. I will not be eating there again if Lorrie is working.

Wendy’s service was horrible. Out of everything and employees definitely expressed how miserable they were to be there. But I guess good help is very hard to find right now.

I don't usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants while traveling but these ladies at this Subway were super sweet. You don't usually get that type of personality at any 'ole fast food restaurant. Thanks ladies for a quick lunch with a smile!

Make sure you are understood when you are ordering. You can get an interesting sandwich. Instead of honey mustard and mayo, we got honey mustard and sweet onion. It was actually good.

Did not eat there. Will never eat there again after choosing your new traitor spokesperson. Only giving one star because I can't give a zero

This was the best subway experience I have ever had. I have never had such excellent service by such a friendly server. She’s so sweet I feel like I’ve known her since august of last year. Angel vann. You deserve the best sandwich maker of the world award. This sandwich has brought me back to Christ. Praise Jesus. Praise angel. Hallelujah. This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.
