Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
8Food was good but there was no meat on the sandwich please put meat on sandwiches then I might buy again
Order 3 sub and only 1 toasted and got 3 toasted the. They argue in the phone what the online was. When it clearly states only 1 is toasted
As always the gals working there are smiling, give out a hello welcome to Subway. Pam n Tracie are my favorites.
This location has been one of the best for me to come to thanks to the convenience and the staff but lately the customer service has been awful. Last time I went I walked in and was not greeted, in fact, the employee was so involved in making an online order he couldn’t be bothered to look up or acknowledge me at all. But my reason for being so upset stems from today. Not only did they not make my mobile order until I had walked in, roughly two minutes later than my scheduled time of 6: 15pm, but they took 15 minutes to complete it, mind you there were no other customers in the building. But the BIGGEST problem I had with today was the fact that one of your employees was failing to wear a mask while working. She was walking around the store cleaning and stocking and then proceeded to take a customers order with no face covering. I mean come on, corona virus isn’t gone, that is completely inappropriate. 100% unprofessional and just plain disgusting.
We stopped visiting this store because they were always rude and acted like clients came in at closing time even in the middle of the day. Today i came back because they are really close to me and i wanted to give them another chance. Well, worst idea ever, the staff was rude and acted mad all the time, clients came in and they looked at them really nasty, one of the staff hit the toaster really hard because it was not working correctly, one of the sandwiches that i ordered was a tuna sandwich, well there was only 2 scoops of tuna salad in it, he was throwing the bags on the counter, took forever to get my order ready and the other lady worked only on the online order ignoring the rest of the clients that where there waiting for the rude guy to helped them. I rather drive half a town for a better service than going back to this place again.
I stop in here at least once a week to grab a quick sandwich for lunch and today was no exception. Even during the height of the COVID crisis, I continued to patronize this shop. However, when I entered the shop today, I was surprised to see that the staff were not wearing face masks, like most of the eating establishments in the area and as recommended by the CDC. Nonetheless, I gave my order and while the employee was wrapping up my sandwich, he gave out a pretty strong sneeze and did not cover his nose in the process. I had a mask on and since my sandwich was already wrapped and only needed to be bagged, I overlooked it but this will be the last time I shop at this Subway. This pandemic is far from over and the owner of this shop should know better. As a retired nurse, I'm tempted to notify the county health department about this.
I found 2 metal pieces in side of my cookie. I gave both of my children pieces of the cookie and hope to god that they didn't get any in their mouth. I will be returning but not getting cookies.
