6 First time coming to this location was decent, second time the sandwich artist lady here was kinda rude and seemed to be in a rush to get on break, because after my fiance and I left the store I saw her walking briskly to the Publix in the same plaza.
One half of my sandwich was over toasted, and the tomatoes looked kind of old because they were shrivelled.
The location is alright for the most part, just more hit or miss.
I really like the snacks, but I'm not lucky with the service! And today the service was very bad, I asked for a snack and when I went to sit at the table to eat I was informed that the store was about to close, very rudely, this information should have been said as soon as I arrived and not when I was going to eat, moreover, the hours on the sign at the entrance are out of date, I insisted and sat down to eat and the attendant insisted that the store would be closed, what do you mean? Should I eat outside? Absurd
The old lady with the glasses and hat is INTENSE won’t let you think for a second what you would like. She has a very rude mean attitude towards people… slams everything and acts as if your bothering her. Because of her attitude I left.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE the young man on Saturday night had such a bad attitude and when we asked if he was only doing mobile orders he snapped back “yes that’s how we do it”. The line was out the door and he could not be bothered to even say anything to the client. What a bad experience and HORRIBLE customer service from a nasty young man. I will be posting in the Hunters Creek neighborhood chats and website.
My daughter went inside and asked the lady taking orders and toasting the sandwiches if she could use two coupons and the lady said she could so my daughter continues with the order and when she gets to the cashier, the cashier is rushing her and speaking in a sort of yelling/angry manner. The cashier says she can only use one coupon and my daughter says that the other lady working said she could use two. The cashier denied that and rushed my daughter to scan the coupon and angrily told her to scan the coupon even though she already had. The lady overcharged my daughter and my daughter didn’t know what to do so she left. The treatment and attitude of the lady was unexpected and bad. I don’t think I could ever go this Subways again.
