Why is there always only a single person working an entire shift? I ordered a pickup online and showed up expecting it to be done already but it didn’t even get started yet! Apparently the girl working was all alone and couldn’t keep up doing any orders in-person and online. There was a guy waiting after me to try to order but he ended up leaving after realizing how long it would take.

Ordered through the app for a BOGO coupon. Sandwiches were done on time, packaged very well and made to my customized specs. (Got 2 steak n cheese with different toppings and sauce on each) When I picked it up the employee greeted me and welcomed me to Subway.

The fat honey boo boo looking whale of a manager cant get a single order write. Imagine having orders wrong on 10 occasions in a row. Then having no customer service like you work for minimum wage you have 0 reason in life to pretend to have an ego.

Morning hours are inconsistent. Not open at 8am on Thursday as advertised on Subway app.

I’d give zero stars if that was an option. If you want to get insulted make sure you got when Carlos is there. This manager makes sure the customers don’t come back. Terrible management and worst service.
