Subway, Tampa FL

I came Tuesday late afternoon, and a rude old lady took my order for a chicken bacon ranch and while in other Subways I've been asked what kind of chicken and cheese I'd like, she asked neither. She started to put in Rotisserie chicken, which I don't like, and I told her so and that I wanted grilled chicken strips instead. She said I should have said so and shook her head while fixing my order. I told her all other Subways I've been did ask what kind of bread, chicken and cheese I want. She said they don't do that. This was my first visit to this location and will also be my last, and management can thank that rude lady for that.

I eat here quite frequently. I've always chosen the spicy Italian sub, but the staff one day recommended the tuna and I've been hooked every since.

The service is outstanding! Ty tu for treating Jersey College so good!

Really, really good service; very consistently delicious turkey sandwiches; veggies are always fresh. Very smoothly run operation here, even when busy! ALSO- very clean establishment.

Worst customer service ever.

When a customer comes and request politely to change gloves because he's a vegetarian, you should, instead of telling him "what difference does it gonna make as we touch all the food anyway" in front of other customers.

This is the 2nd time this lady provided me bad service. The first time I asked to change gloves, she just walked away in the back and now this.

Plz respect customers and people no matter what cast, religion, color they belong to. If you can't do it then try to find another profession.

Perfect online order once again and everything was exactly what we ordered. The FLBOGO deal is amazing especially for families that are just trying to make it but need a break from making dinners, very affordable!
