Subway, Hollywood FL

My brother went to pick up an Uber eats picked up order at 9: 30pm tonight & not only did the woman working not make his food, she treated him as if his presence was a nuisance. He left empty handed & had to cancel the order. Unacceptable behavior.

I arrived at 6am and the staff member was sleeping outside. He was very rude taking my order, throwing the meat and the cheese wherever it landed on the bread and with the worst attitude I’ve ever been attended. He scratched his private area and nose and didn’t wash his hands. Awful service.

Stopped by at 10: 30 at night and it said it was open 24 hours but the lights were on and the place was closed.

I've had many problems with this store, never once wrote a bad review. This was the last time and I believed it was time to speak up. My sub contained ingredients Im allergic to. Not only that look at the quality of this sub, it wasnt even cut in half. Subway has always been my go to for a quick Meatball Marinara sub but not from this subway!

When I went there, only had 2 varieties of bread instead of 7
Not organized, they had the bread oven, just loaded, not ready. It seems they want to get rid of 2 varieties that didn't sell. They must have overproduced

One lady working in the front the other in the phone for more that 7 minutes. We order 3 sandwiches and the lady in the phone didnt even bother to help.

Agree to disagree, there are good managers and bad managers, but the food was good compared to the other subways I've gone to; the sandwich was slightly bigger. The service was decent, at least, with the current employees that were there, most of whom were nice, however, the bathroom was closed so they need to work on management.

Came here because this store says 24 hours. It’s not. Closed on the inside at 2: 07 am on Saturday April 15th.

I went to this Subway and ordered one number 4 and one number 11. The content of the sandwiches are described in the menu. Well, this attendant very unfriendly started asking what meat I wanted. I said, the ones you have listed for this sandwich. She said but I do not have pepperoni. I said so put the other 3 you have by listed in the menu. She insisted asking me what meat I wanted. I did not want to build a sandwich. At he end she left to the kitchen leaving me there with my son. The other girl did not understand what was going on and I decided to leave. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone while those kind if employees are there.

Refused restroom access to a pregnant woman and 5yrs old child until purchase. Even while we were in line to place an order. Terrible customer service!

Went Tuesday 3/20/23 at 745 closed went back today Wednesday open but no service Fat girl on the phone finally finished the conversation and calls someone else and tells me to wait a minute I did 5 minutes I told her have a nice day She laughed I will never go back to subways especially that location I hope she gets fired

Slow service, took them to make 4 6” subs in 10 min and were busy joking around rather than making our food.

I am not one to complain, but. I paid my $11.36. I was going back in my purse to tip & just so happen to look up & he slipped $3 to the bottom. I said, so just gonna insult my intelligence, like I didn't see you slip that money down? Okay. & took an extra bag of chips on the way out. Gn.this was not my first bad experience. I went to McDonald's, but sme1 ran into the side. It (subway), was the closest option.

Maria is extremely friendly with excellent customer service Came in at midnight and Maria was Soo nice with a smile and made a great monster sandwich. She's a keeper
