17I was standing in front of her telling my order is wrong reply from them is that that's the sandwich ordered the beast got plain roast beef like really. Done this to me 3 times I'm done with this place
I will never go back here again, I've been here 3 different times and each time I get food poison. Went yesterday and what do you know 4: 30am the sickness starts. NEVER AGAIN
Nice clean store but that’s the only good thing I can say about todays visit. Walked in to two employees, one general manager as listed on her name tag and another crew member. Was not greeted and the store was empty. Stared at awkwardly as I mentioned that she was making new bread to my child. Turned around very briskly without change her gloves between raw food and preparing an online order so I no longer felt safe to eat there. The manager informed us all the bread she had was Italian or multigrain. When asked to repeat herself she got an attitude. Told her I’ll take the 6 inch Italian herb and cheese that she had left and a foot long on Italian. She continued to make the online order instead of ours so we walked out. Just bad customer service. Needs work on communication skills
Four employees working and an empty establishment and the food still somehow managed to be 30 mins late. Ordered here last night only to find out there is no bread and my order was never prepared and I was never notified until we had went to pick up. Today they are out of meatballs. Lazy. Absolutely the worst subway I have ever been too. Food actually not horrible. However chicken is ice cold on a toasted sub….
I order online so my food be ready for lunch and when my wife go and pick up my meals the employee starts saying she can't handle online orders and inside orders well thats why we order on-line so tgey can be resdy on time they got bad attitude
I just walked out of this Subway empty handed. I came in to order five subs. The mousy girl with glasses was working on the cash register. She was the only one working. I was patiently waiting. When she completed her task. I asked her if she could please wash her hands because she started putting on gloves. She turns around and states since you want me to I will and you can watch me. After she washes her hands she defiantly goes back to working on the cash register. I told her keep those sandwiches we will never eat here again. This place is filthy. This is not the first time that I have had to talk to a manager about the filthy, nasty, incompetent employees at Subway. If it is that much trouble for them to wash their hands they do not practice good hygiene.
Need more employees. Online orders 20 minutes late. Mistake on orders. No sense of urgency on rush hours. Good food super bad service.
Door dashed my order.took almost an hour to get it.dasher said it was only one person working.tighten up.
Ashley was a WONDERFUL person she has great positivity and a guy that was also with her he was so funny! I didn’t get a chance to see his name tag but over all it was great service!
The bathrooms both male and female are consistently dirty and smell of urine and feces. There have been multiple times recently there was no soap in either bathrooms and the employees do not know how to fill them. When one tried he broke the machine. The soap in the women's bathroom has been broken for months. This means that none of the employees are washing their hands after they use the bathroom because there is no way for them to do so. If they wash their hands it's behind the counter.
Even the hand sanitizer station is empty most days.
The trash cans are overflowing to the point that nothing else can be put in them.
The tables are always dirty and customers have to clean them themselves. The best thing to do is get your sandwich and leave.
Excellent service and always pretty quick to complete my order.the manager of the store was actually making my sandwich and super friendly. Location is always clean.
Food was great, apparently a new crew, the restaurant was a mess, I don't see that often
This shop needs owners to drop in throughout the day for a few weeks. The majority of the workers are sloppy!
They have-
ATTITUDE'S TOWARDS CUSTOMERS IS AWFUL!
THEY ARE RUDE AND LOUD.
ARE OF THE MEAT AND VEGGIES IS A DIRTY SPOT. THEY CROSS CONTAMINATE THE MEAT AND VEGGIES. SOME DON'T CUT THE SUBS IN HALF CORRECTLY. THEY DON'T KNOW OR DON'T CARE TO PUT THE VEGGIES COMPLETELY ACROSS SUB SO CUSTOMER GETS A SLOPPY SUB. THEY ACT AS IF THEY PAYING FOR THE VEGGIES!
LAST BUT DEFINITELY NOT LEAST I FOUND A DAMN HAIR IN MY SUB. HAVE THEM WEAR HAIR NETS AND ALSO NETS OVER THER FACIAL HAIR AREA! I THREW MY SUB AWAY!
THEY BAD MOUTH OTHER EMPLOYEES AND UPPER MANAGEMENT WHILE CUSTOMER'S ARE INFRONT OF THEM.
THEY NEED TO BE MONITOR AT THIS SITE.
Entire restaurant is disgusting/dirty. Bathrooms gross and sink sprays water sideways, drink station a disaster and several flavors of soda out.napkins empty, most tables are dirty, trash overflowing, floor dirty, even the glass is in need of a wash. Employees rather stand around and talk instead of making the place presentable. Bread was very hard.
Enjoy the food and now I'm getting their Protein Bowl because I'm not eating bread. It fits my plan and can choose everything just like the subs.
Got the Philly cheese steak and it was good. Great choice if you want a change from burgers and tacos. A bit healthier as well.
This place is horrible. After talking with some of the employees I have learned that nobody should support this business. The manager Ashley for starts needs to be fired. The fact that only one person is in the store at a time for entire shift and then gets their tips taken away and given to management who doesn’t deserve those tips. I tip only certain people when I go in and when I do that I expect it to only go to them not the other 10 people who didn’t work that day. I now have to hand my tips to the workers and have them pocket it instead of putting in their “tip jar”. If they get a tip it’s because they deserve it. Some people who don’t do the job right guess what they don’t get a tip. The tip sharing here is disgusting. The management at this place absolutely disgusts me and don’t know how to treat these amazing employees. New management is a must.
