10It's the worst subway sandwich I've ever tasted in 40+ years. The girl was completely inattentive, and I had to repeat myself. The bread was stale. I don't even want to eat at Subway anymore after this.
The bread was hard and tasted off. It didn’t really taste like a Subway sub and the meat portion was skimpy as well. Worst subway I’ve had in a long time. I had to throw it away. Will skip this location.
I placed an online order to get the discount. BOGO FREE. I ordered the Philly Steak and a Meatball FULL Subs.they called to say they was out of Meatballs, so I ordered the Cold Cut instead.
They was so SKIMPY on the meat on both Subs, that I ended up adding my OWN lunchmeat to the one. It was like eating ALL bread.
And, even with the BOGO my order was still $25.
I'll NEVER order from this location again.
I've ordered from the SUBWAY on Boynton Beach Blvd & Old Boynton Beach and there's no comparison to this place. My Subs we're OVERLOADED with meat and I didn't order extra meat.
I will Like to Inform this location Store Employee Daniel, supposably gave my Uber eats order to Another driver did not provide a name for driver Instructed me to Cancel order On Uber Eats, and re order. All a Lie When I contacted Uber Eats They charged me to pay resturant and Driver and said they can not do anything so I was robbed.
My Uber driver called me to tell me Daniel Said order was given to someone else but it showed on my app still being prepared and showing Ronaldi the driver that called me is waiting to pick order.
I have never had an experience like this Daniel Most Likely Lying and stealing from Uber eats customers. I am very offended by this his lack of professionalism and failing to let me speak to a Manager. Daniel Lacks any integrity and values.
Went to Subway asking for a 6inch sub meatball and the guy tells how many balls you want as man I feel very upset I want to jump over the counter but I have to keep my cool. Can’t imagine my wife or any mother that come to ask for that or something similar like it’s a joke laughing in my face I will never go back to that subway ever again and it’s on Lantana and jog Lake Worth Florida. I really hope subway will take care of this issue
Ordered thru the app. Came to pick up order. Employee never spoke to us. We were the only ones in the store. Special instructions were ignored (asked for subs cut in 3rds). Pickles & peppers on the side were thrown in cookie bags.
Will find another store in the future.
It was nice and clean and the young lady who was working was extremely pleasant and patient! She made my sandwich (buffalo chicken) exactly how I liked it. Will definitely be going back!
Very rude customer service I asked if the order was ready and I was ignored. So I asked again and he ignored me again so I had to ask if anyone else was working and I was ignored again and then I asked when will the order be ready and I was ignored again.
Place an order from the app and the store manager closes early.without returning my money.not letting me know anything he just looks from the inside and sneers. She just says it's not his problem. I lost my money and my points.
So there is a sign in the door says open at 7am i went at 7: 30am and door was closed and theres was somone inside I even have it in video and he didnt open after i was knocking
