Headsets do not work for the drive-thru, I’ve visited multiple times and it’s always the same thing, they’ll have you sitting by the speakers for more than 5 minutes with no sign saying anything about going inside to order food, why advertise drive thru if it’s not functioning properly. Besides that customer service inside is always great. Food is always great.

Worst experience in customer service I’ve ever had, waited in the drive thru line to just pick up my food no one answered so I went up to the window and they just looked at me and walked away. So I went inside and they just looked at me like I was stupid. The worst customer service and the food was awful never again. Why have a drive thru if you are going to hire lazy workers that don’t answer if it’s not working out a sign out

Today, October 13,2023, at night approximately 9: 30 p.m. I went to this restaurant and a young black man when I was eating interrupted me with his floor blanket on the table I was eating at, he is rude.

Staff was completely ignoring the drive through. Once inside the staff had absolutely no bread. So, their laziness seems to exhibit in all areas.

Went here about 3 pm on 10/12/33. Service was exceptional. Very friendly and patient. We ordered 2 footlongs Philly Cheese and a Ultimate BMT. Both were perfect and delicious! I highly recommend them.

Actually, this place is pretty bad, they have flies all over it. You can't imagine how many flies we saw sitting on our sandwiches. As we're waiting for them to finish pretty disgusting, never again.

My girl and I entered this subway to be greeted by an associate with an earbud in the entire time and barely listening to what we had to say. He let us know they only had wheat bread and we chose to order anyway. I asked a question about product being advertised and a deal on the app and he had no product knowledge and we had to order online. Then when we selected our sandwiches and he went to press our sandwiches down with a knife, it was covered in mustered. He mixed my sandwich with nonrequested mustard and a dirty knife and then used that knife now covered in mustard and ranch to mix into my girls sandwich. I informed him I did not want the sandwich and his coworker asked what was wrong? He didnt allow me to speak and said "He just mad cuz he got a little mustard. " I quickly corrected him and said Im not mad I just dont want a sandwich that was mixed and cut with a dirty knife. And his response was then alright then bye have a good day and waved me off to exit the store. I was not happy with this experience at all and will not return.

Im getting really tired of this "some subways have brewed iced tea and some don't. " i drove all the way here!

Hands down absolutely worst subway experience I have ever had, this place has the slowest service for a sub I have literally experienced anywhere. They do not put the correct amount of meat on subs you have to tell them the restaurant is dirty, the staff are extremely slow and rude I would visit another location if in the area.

I waited over 20 mins for two simple subs. The sandwich was a turkey loaded with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. I got a pinch of lettuce, no tomato, two little chopped pieces of onion and two pickles. The most empty sub I have seen in my life! They forgot the tomato and the meat is super thin. I do not know how this made it out and the manager made it!

I was just at this location and once again no one greeted me at the drive through. Mind you, 3 incompetent individuals were working and not one answered. Why have a drive through if you're not going to utilize it. I went inside and informed them that there was a line outside in the drive through at which time she checked her batteries to her head phone disregarding my order and began to take the drive through orders. I will spend my money where I will not be ignored.

Not sure why they have a drive through because the majority of the time they will not take orders that way. Even a simple sign hanging up saying drive through closed would be great. Instead they make you sit there until you drive away. We tried to go 3 times in the last month and not once was anyone available to take an order. Just close the drive through instead of pretending it's open.

One of the worst experiences I've had in fast food restaurants. They have a lousy work team, they don't want to serve you, they take time to deliver your order, the treatment is not adequate. They are second only to the neighboring Popeye's on Highway 484 in Marion Oak

We stopped in on a Saturday at lunch time. They had 2 ppl in the counter.one person was just walking around randomly. The line was all the way to the door.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 min behind a car and it never moved. I got out and went in only to find 4 people waiting for their food and 1 other who had not ordered yet. I left and went back in drive thru and sat there for another 5 min. No one ever came to the speaker to ask for my order. No one even said they would be with me in a moment. Nothing. So. I left. Terrible idea to have a Subway location that is right off of I75 and only have 2 people in the building. Management of this location should be embarrassed.

This place is way understaffed. Brand new building, nothing but filth inside. Employees are overworked and just don't care anymore. Expect wait times over over 20 mins.

This is one of the worst service I’ve ever seen I set in drive through for 20 minutes and never got acknowledged. I never make reviews like this but genuinely was so excited by the drive thru option on a Rainey day and just set there. There was a employee out back smoking while we all waited could of atleast said something to us won’t ever be going to this location again.
