Subway, North Fort Myers FL

I had a hard time sitting this app up at my house because I don't have Wi-Fi so I was at the Bayshore location and I had an employee trying to complete the download of the app so that I could get a footlong and then get a free foot long and after an hour and a half their Wi-Fi was not letting me complete the download and put my card number in and even order so I walked out with just one sandwich and I was totally bummed but the employees are absolutely adorable helpful kind nice sweet as a piece of cherry pie I go to that location all the time so pretty much they kind of know me and I know them and I will be back but I got to figure out what's going on with my phone and this app because I am totally bummed

Made a online order. Got a missed phone call with a v-mail told me to call back so I can cancel because they didn't have what I asked for. So I called but can't get ahold of them. Phone don't ring or anything. 55times I called to try and cancel so I don't waste my gas but I guess I have to show up. What business have a phone that don't take calls in.

The girl making our sub was great, but they had no money in the register to make change for a 20. Gave her 10 and said keep the change. Her male worker, when asked why there was no money, he replied times are tough. Really.

The staff was awesome and the resturaunt was spotless. The only thing that was wrong was the bread. It was very small and tough. Almost as if it was under proofed. I don't think this was an error on the staff's side but more with the bread it's self. I have noticed a lot of subways bread has been this way for sometime now. But over all it was a great place to eat.

App will not work, nor online ordering and they will not do anything about it. With a BOGO special. Will not call manager.

This is by far the most welcoming Subway I have ever been to. I have no idea who the manager is, but they must be amazing because their staff is amazing. Extremely welcoming, always friendly, and they get my order right every time. I'll be back more often because of them! Thank you North Fort Myers!

They are inconsistent. Sometimes super nice but i get some attitude. Taking those in as bad days, I have also noticed cookies being pulled out too soon. Soft cookies and raw cookies are two very different things.

On December 18,2022, I placed an online pickup order for 3 footlong subs at the North Fort Myers, Bayshore road location. I paid $3 extra for smashed avocados for 2 of the subs. When I got home I realized the smashed avocados were missing. When I contacted the store through their online website a few days, when you call the phone rings and rings, later to complain about the missing avocados, the owner, Jillian, responded via email on December 22,2022, that she would send a $3 gift card to make it right. To this day she has not sent the gift card or responded to my recent email a few days ago. My main complaint is, it is hard to verify they build the subs correctly if you place it online. You have to trust their honesty and competency and proper training. This Subway location cannot be trusted to prepare your subs correctly unless you stand in front of them while they build your subs. Secondly, don't promise a gift card and not follow through. It is rude and poor customer service. My response is to never again place another online order or in-store order at this Subway location. I will take my business elsewhere.

Food and service were excellent. I have driven by a hundred times but never thought to stop and eat there until the other day. I was pleasantly surprised

This is the most toxic workplace I have witnessed. The boss is extremely rude and unfair to the employees. After what Ive seen, I'm never eating here again. I rather not support unsafe work spaces like these.

How can you not have any bread only making breakfast stuff not the first time that's has happened thought subway made their bread if so the employees don't know how to make it
