Subway, Brooksville FL

Received 1 call 10 min after order was to be ready to tell me they are out of lettuce and spinach and their cooler isn't working-not good for a food establishment. Don't you think you should mosey across the street to Winn Dixie and buy some supplies? Save your time and go to Zaxby's next door for a much better salad.

Hubby and I love their salads. They use to cut everything up, which was great. They stopped a few years ago

But it's ok. I cut it up when I go home.

Walk out/don’t bother going in. The corvettes are misleading. Such a disappointing experience. Wish we read reviews before we placed an order. Out of salami, sodas, bags, frozen lettuce, and when my husband opened to eat his sub, it was poorly wrapped and with dressing all over. Don’t bother going to the bathrooms, they are awful!

Guy working is doing the best with what hes got, which isnt much. Malfunctioning equipment, out of ingredients waiitng for truck. Signs point to poor management and low budget

Soon as I walked in. There was two customers in line and the employee stated she wouldn’t get to me for at least 20 minutes! Yea don’t stop here if you have anywhere to be. It certainly doesn’t take 20 minutes to make two customs sandwiches. Todays date 11/11/23 at 1: 20 pm

This place should be shut down. Absolutely gross. You could tell all the vegetables have been there for days. Everything looked dirty. Only had white bread or flatbread. Oven didn't work and missing condiments. Had meatballs but with no sauce. The guy was rude when I started asking questions about why the vegetables look old. My next step will be to report this to the health department.

Sorry I wish I could tell you about the food but I never got to place an order I waited about 9 minutes for everybody to get their act together and try to cash out a lady in front of me with a credit card that didn't work. Then once they got all that kind of the gentleman that was working on the counter who was touching everything with his gloves came over with the same gloves and wanted to make me a sandwich which I didn't want. Then he tells me they don't have any bread except white bread and it appeared to only be two or three pieces already cut which nobody would ever want. The store was unkept there were other employees just hanging around making personal phone calls. The employee was nice but just fell short of anything I could expect from my past experiences in a Subway.

Stopped in for 2 sandwiches the help we're fantastic.can hardly wait to get to the hotel & eat my turkey sub.

The food was good, service very good, but the store itself leaves a bit to be desired. They have product stored out in the eating area, and the floors were really in need of a good cleaning

The new girl there was very friendly and conversational but also already good at speedy sandwich making.

Nice and clean, Frank was our sandwich artist. He was attentive, patient, and kind. He made our sandwiches look like pieces of art and they were delicious.

Subs were great the service was good the only problem being they can't keep people. There was only one sandwich artist there. And she busting her tail as fast as she could go and she didn't lose her mind. 7/24/23

Was just traveling from Tampa to Orlando and decided to stop here to grab some lunch on my way home. Not only was the worker (female) rude but told me to stand back in the beginning of the entrance and that she will be with me after she finishes her online orders.

After waiting a while I ended up just walking out. Never again. Horrible experience.

Sandwich was way to toasted bit down and was hard had barley any meat /toppings worker didn’t listen I had to repeat myself multiple times

Windows broken and barely any food was put on my sandwich while the other person working purposely avoided my friend and i. Refused to even look at us and mumbled as he left the store to go outside in the rain.

Only put 4 pieces of turkey on my sub and i know its supposed to be 6 and when the toaster was beeping worker ignore it for 30 seconds and over cooked my bread both workers were rude and ignored me and my friends and when i tried to get chips i was ignored my friends sandwich barely had any steak or cheese and the restaurant was a mess

No tea made, no coke, the sat may 20 at 2.30 pm the girl working came and sat in Dinning room while I was there some customers preceeded to come in she got up went in back never washed her hands and preceeded to fix there food
