I really must have lucked out - I was behind a couple of customers who used to work at this very location, and having worked at a foodservice establishment (and knowing what really goes on there) and to return as a customer speaks volumes to me. They were on a first-name basis with everyone working, and knew even the exact setting to use for their toasted sandwiches. But to not worry about how the food was prepared tells me everything I needed to know. When my turn came, the folks working were just as courteous to me as to those whom they knew. My food was great, and the place was very clean.
