Subway, New Port Richey FL

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO USE A GIFT CARD! I mentioned to the lady before she made my sub that I would be using gift cards. While she was cashing me out, she flagged a very nasty, rude dark skinned larger girl. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. The girl stated that I can’t use visa gift cards. I had one of those, but ok… that wasn’t the one I was using. Apparently you CANNOT USE A SUBWAY GIFT-CARD AT THIS SUBWAY! That’s the most stupid, useless thing ever. A wasted Christmas gift. On top of that, their sandwiches aren’t even good. They’re more expensive than the others in the surrounding area, and they’re greedy. Very rail thin. I hope that girl gets fired. She had no customer service whatsoever, and she had a nasty attitude. They weren’t even busy when I walked in there - I was the only customer. Can’t use “inflation” as an excuse when the gift card was money already paid for. Ridiculous. Privately owned or corporate.they’re both horrible regardless of what this “establishment” is.

On top of that, the last time I visited this subway, a guy was getting arrested right outside the front door. That’s some top notch atmosphere.

Staff outstanding. Bread ice cold and hard as a rock.couldn't eat it. Just ate the insides which is standard. But, lettuce was brown like old. This was my first and last visit

Staff was amazing, friendly and outgoing. Food was great. Staff seems like they really care about helping and answering questions and made food with care.

They state they are privately owned and don’t accept the subway coupons on certain subs. Or Online Orders This place is not worth your time.
This place is garbage

Needed a quick meal and the folks at Subway do not disappoint. Even late on the evening everything was super fresh!

Not worth my patronage if they can't actually honor franchise coupons. Sandwiches are wrong half the time when ordering online. Just.no

Well I'll never go there again the food was awful the sandwich bar looked like it was left over from two days before they didn't even put mayo on when I asked for it then when I brought it to their attention he just grabbed the mayo container and squirted out a huge thick line of mayo and didn't even spread it out and that was just disgusting I had to remake my sandwich when I got home also I added some meat to it because it only had 5 of the thinnest pieces of turkey you've ever seen on a foot long there was absolutely nothing but tons of lettuce and spoiled tomatoes on it I wouldn't even think of going to this store again.

Pretty good location and it's more experienced employees recognize me almost immediately when I walk in. Always a delight to get something here. I always end up getting the footlong Subway Club, a good choice for those that are super hungry!

We like subway better than the more expensive chains. You can’t beat a Publix sub but it’s a good size portion and tastes great.

“the lady” everyone talks about is probably sara that little goblin, middle of our order she interrupted someone elses who was already being helped to tell them “yea a second scoop cost extra sorry kid thats how the world works if you have money you can get it” like huh? What happened in your life for you to reply to someone like that unprompted

Customer service is the worst I've ever seen everyone tells me about a credit and I never received one all I get is a run around screw some way

James and Rolando waited on me and they were terrific. They were very friendly and made everything perfect. Thank you!

Some locations are limiting the types of sandwich able to be ordered with the national coupons. This location does that.
