18I paid for something I never recieved. Order was canceled by door dash for ni apparent reason.
Very rude employee, throwing things around before we even ordered. Apparently she was having a bad day.
I think they better close this place, went for a Philly steak sandwich, and the place has not steak meat, no roast beef, half of the meats and vegetables were gone, I ask the worker to improvise a sandwich, simple ham sandwich but I guess he didn't want to work because he ignore me and was cursing all the time. I'm pretty sure I never come back to this place.
So this was weird. They were out of so much stuff. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles - I also asked for chicken and they didn’t have that. The black olives were in a container that had frozen ice in it.
Then I just saw the review before me and that was a couple weeks ago. So no I am nervous to eat this sub as well
Came here to just get a simple sandwich and the service from the worker was good but the veggie station was completely empty and seemed like they were serving yesterday remaining. The banana peppers didn’t look fresh at all nothing was freshly made and I was nervous to eat my sandwich after because it had a weird smell
Didn't change sandwich prices tries to charge me almost 3 dollars more per sandwich. I was also charged extra for mozzarella and not informed, and there was no signage.
When I order 2 subs with double meat. Pay for two subs with double meat. Confirm with maker that they are double meat. I expect double meat. Did not get double meat. 1 star for stealing and lying to their customers.
This is very unprofessional place ever. I was trying to have my order taken and hearing the manager cursing and talking trash about other employees. None of the staff greet you when inter the store. None of the staff wash their hands before making any ones sandwiches. Subway has lost my business.
Absolutely unprofessional. Immediately as you walk it music is just blaring to were your not able to hear what questions they are asking you behind the counter. I was not able to get a name and that just shows how unprofessional this wannabe subway is. It's not a regular subway. Apparently they don't have the same things as the subway but yet they advertise to be subway. I walked in and was greeted with not a hi, nor smile but yet with a hasty question of "what bread you eaten"? Just thinking he may be having a bad day I let it go and I say "classic white". He repeats to me "why didn't you just say regular" And I tell him it's pronounced "classic white". He proceeded to ask for proteins then I replied "turkey and salami please" I noticed he was not putting the proper amount of turkey nor salami that I asked for. Then he told me "this is not a regular subway we are different here". I asked for him to elaborate please and he screamed at me and told me that "I can't it's just not a regular subway! "
At this point I politely walk away because I didn't know who he was talking to like that. Then as I was walking out I told him to "please throw that away that I no longer wanted it. Due to the unprofessionalism that he was displaying"
He then follows me outside and then begins to sweep in front of my car and now I'm feeling threatened because there was nothing in front of my car that needed to be swept. He was just there to make me feel intimidated as I walked out. Then he turns around and his pants are sagging so low I could see his behind. I don't know if this is a real subway or not.
But I would never have someone like that representing any type of establishment I own. That may be another reason this location has no good reviews.
This establishment needs to be trained immediately.
It is 7: 42 and the closing time is 8PM. Door was locked and the employee walked away from the door when they saw me. It’s a shame they have people like this working this location.
This location should not be open for business. No excuse for staff and management here! Pitiful
Ordered from the app. Remembered why we stopped using subway. It's a good thing I paid in the app as the employee was in the smoke shop nextdoor luckily it was ready and unattended. Bread was stale and veggies were gross. Will definitely go back to the other sub shops from now on.
Ordered 3 turkey cali subs. They were out of avocado and onions. Still charged me though. Sandwiches were awful. Service was terrible and unfriendly. Got a complete refund. Poor manage.
We ordered online. When I came to pick it up the person at the restaurant said it wasn't ready since he was waiting for me to get there to make sure it's not a scam order. Mind you this is already paid for online. Then I told him I'll be back to get it. I came back after 10 mins and the sandwich still wasn't done. I walked to my car to get something, when I walked back in THEN I was told that they're out of bacon. Why not let us know the first time? When we paid extra for bacon. He asked if I wanted Capricola instead for mine and I said yes, and if I would want the same for the tuna sandwich (who puts capricola on a tuna sandwich?). So when he's done I grabbed the sandwich and left. When I got home, I opened the sandwich and there was a hole like his thumb went through to top it off, my sandwich wasn't even cut.
We love subway sandwiches but after today we'll probably never get subway again.
The staff was friendly. The food was prepared promptly and as ordered. All of the ingredients on the line appeared fresh, and the work area was clean and tidy. The womens bathroom had toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. It appeared to be as clean as possible for what appears to be an older franchise in need of some TLC by the owner. The fountain machine was in need of a deep clean with repairs. However, Pablo, one of the employees, was kind enough to supply us with a bottle of coke at no additional charge.
Overall the experience was very good because of the staff.
I'm honestly surprised they don't have a worse rating. Order delivery through their app only for the order to be wrong. I wasn't expecting a huge concern, but I noticed their app has no way to discuss an order that was delivered incorrectly. I called the store and that's where the worst troubles began. I received on the phone Lucas who promptly told me they had no cookies and hung up. I called back and received another gentleman who did not give me his name and after hearing I spoke to Lucas who hung up on me handed the phone back to Lucas and said here you can talk to her. Lucas repeated he could not understand the English and did not know what I wanted at which point it was of no assistance. I'm currently charged now for 12 cookies after only receiving 9: 00, three of which not even the flavor I requested. Horrible customer support
Door locked 30 minutes before posted closing time without warning. After knocking, the older lady behind the register said "*He's* not allowed in, " with a lot of unnecessary attitude. I get you wanted to close up, but I wanted food and you weren't supposed to be closing. The dirty look from the woman as I pointed out the time (735pm, plenty of time to make a sandwich before closing, I know this as a former Subway employee) ensured I have absolutely no desire to return to a store that can't even follow its own schedule.
Also, I'm a white guy with curly hair. I only ever get dirty looks like the one she gave me when people think I'm Jewish. I'm not but I have no problem letting everyone know of the Anti-Semitic treatment I received from this establishment.
There is bad customer service and the place looks dirty. I placed my order by mobile app and they didn't follow the instructions.
